Property was amazing! Only downside was the construction happening on prem that we were not notified of prior to booking. There is what seems to be a whole village being built around the property, which is incredible! But it starts bright an early (8-9am), tons of drilling, hammering and heavy machinery all day long. Created a ton of dust, so while doing laundry was convenient, we had to be conscious of the dust when leaving our clothes out to dry. We came from the USA, so our parties were already exhausted and to have the construction start first thing in the morning wasn’t ideal. A little hiccup, but thankfully we had plans to be out exploring. If you chose to stay on the property there was the two beautiful wineries close distance, definitely walkable. We utilized the exercise space in the gym / pool house which was great! We also watched the stars outside almost every night and saw tons of shooting stars. The sunset was always incredible too. We 100% will be back, the views alone are worth it.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience with us! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the villa, the beautiful grounds, and those unforgettable views, especially the starry nights by the pool house. It sounds like you made the most of everything the property and the nearby vineyards have to offer. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the neighboring construction. We know it wasn’t ideal, especially with jet lag, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience it caused during your stay. We were unfortunately not informed that there would be construction work being carried out, so your positive attitude means a lot to us! Your feedback is invaluable and will help make improvements for future guests. We hope to welcome you back in the future for an even more relaxing and peaceful visit.

This is a wow property. Living quarters in old house characterful and immaculate, pool area and pool house in fantastic setting with great views and well appointed. Atmosphere in hamlet is nice with a small vineyard tasting outlet with good wine, and a larger well known vineyard in walking distance.Local small village Lecchi very close 2.5km with great lively cafe and nice restaurant, small shop. Radda a bit further 10-15 min drive with more restaurants and larger shop.Note that main house for sleeping is separate from pool house area by 60m or so down a hill, but pool house is fully equipped so can base fully at pool if choose.Impressed by host agent To Tuscany, who proactively raised and addressed an issue with some building noise from a neighbouring property (in july 2026 this noise is something to ask about status of but would not stop me staying at property). So can trust the host. Interactions with local host arrival departure etc also easy and pleasant.Recommended.

Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the character and immaculate condition of the house and the beautiful views across the Chianti. We’re also pleased that you found the pool house convenient and well equipped, and that the local team made your arrival and departure easy and pleasant. It’s lovely to know that you made the most of the local area too, from the nearby vineyards and Lecchi to Radda’s restaurants and shops. We greatly appreciate you mentioning the building noise from a neighbouring property. We always feel it’s important to be proactive and transparent with our guests, and we are grateful your understanding of the situation and your confidence in staying with us. It was a pleasure to host you and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Tuscany again in the future!
