Cute 2BR, condo amélioré 1BA sur 68th Street et oceanblock. Juste un bâtiment en provenance de l'océan! Vue indirecte sur l'océan depuis le balcon meublé. Marcher à tout de cette unité - la plage, des magasins et des restaurants. Les tailles de lit comprennent 1 lit queen et 2 lits simples + un canapé-lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes! Une place de parking. Non-fumeur. Pas d'animaux de compagnie, s'il vous plaît. Nos propriétaires n'autorisent pas les locations de groupe aux personnes de moins de 25 ans.

Everything was clean and as advertised. Easy access to beach, bus, and walkable to Bonfire and Mini Golf.

This was a beautiful and clean place to stay. Its ocean block but no view of the ocean. Also, the owner was very easy to contact. Family of 5, would stay there again!

This two bedroom was the perfect size for me and my two kids. It’s the third building from the beach and is in walking distance to a market, mini golf, restaurants, and shops. The owner was responsive and even provided some beach items for our use. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The condo was as described, steps from the beach. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We missed having a table on the balcony to enjoy meals and board games. Our only disappointment was that the laundry was not in the condo but in the garage behind an unmarked door with a combination lock that we found confusing based on the instructions in the condo. There was only one washer and one dryer. Overall we had a wonderful time and found the owner very responsive to our emails.

Good for long weekend

Great location- close to ocean, just one flight of steps up to unit, near shops, dining, grocery market, etc. but far enough away from the crowded lower streets. No TVs in bedrooms- need to update online photos, otherwise met description. Property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you.

When walking into the place you were immediately greeted with stains all over the carpet. When walking around the place we continued to notice food and crumbs all throughout thee house. Ramin noodles in the carpet goldfish crumbs all throughout property. Chips all over queen bedroom. Wrappers left behind and gummies. Didnt want to go on vacation and have to immediately clean the place. Description told us toilet paper was supplied, but no toilet paper. Toenail clippings on couch. Have no idea how the cleaning people did not see any of this mess. Tv did not work the entire time. We will nevwr come back. Very disheartening for a family vacation.

Connie, I understand your frustration. We have transitioned to a new cleaning service, which have proven to be unsuccessful. That is why I contacted you regarding having a new maid service come out and clean the unit the same day, but you refused. I also made an effort to resolve the Infinity issue with the cable outage due to the recent storms, but they were not able to accommodate an appointment prior to your departure. I hope with the isolated experience you had you will give us another chance in the future. As in previous reviews this is not typical of our service to renters.

Great place, great location, great time.

Pure luck finding the place as the dates opened back up after almost booking another. Grocery, coffee/ice cream shop, beach shop all within a block. The beach 100ft away, not crowded at all. An attentive and pleasant property contact. All for a great price. We had a great week and would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

I'd skip this place

This place is a quite a dump for the money you pay for it (and we're not very discerning guests.) If you can overlook a grimy, weird bathroom and uncomfortable beds, the location right by the beach was ideal - but the cleaning definitely needs to be improved upon. There were hairs and weird stains in the shower, and the toilet hadn't even been flushed when we checked in. If you book this place, be prepared to do a deep clean yourself before unpacking.

We had the best time with the property in a GREAT CENTRAL location!!

We were SO close to the ocean, and within walking distance of so many activities. The property manager was so VERY responsive and helpful. LOVED this location, so pretty, so comfortable.

Great place to stay.

My wife and I took our two kids ages 16 and 7. There is plenty to do within walking distance and. very family friendly. The parking is tight but I drive an explorer and was able to park easily enough. Can’t wait to come back. Would highly recommend this place

Good location and property, bumpy check in process

We were traveling in and arriving in the late evening as to time our drive with our baby's sleep schedule. We had the check in code, however, the code did not work. After trying a few times, I tried to call the host. She did not answer after several attempts. I also tried texting. We were in the middle of trying to contact VRBO and find alternative lodging for our baby that night when I got a text. She was able to reset the code for the door and we got in, however, it was a stressful way to start our vacation. Once we were in, everything was smooth and we enjoyed our stay. The location was great for a baby. The parking is tight, so if you have an SVU or a long car, it can be tricky to get in and out. The condo had a variety of plates, cups, and pots. As others mentioned, the sofa is tired, but servicable. There is a TV in the living rooms, but not in either bedroom. The beds are a full in the one bedroom and two twins in the other bedroom. The end unit is nice, as you only really have upstairs neighbors.

First Time Using VRBO

This was my first time using Vrbo and I will definitely use it again in the future. The property looks smaller than the picture-but was very clean and located extremely close to the beach. This was the number one criteria in locating a place to stay, as my husband is not a huge beach guy and likes to come back after two hours. It makes it easy with young kids who grow tired. I also appreciated that we had covered parking, and laundry facilities. My only complaint is that in the photos on the site there was a TV in the secondary bedroom but when we arrived there was no TV in there. We had brought a fire stick as my younger children like to watch a movie before bed to help them fall asleep. Other than that the place was perfect for a four night stay.

Easy check in and check out process, quick response from property manager, so close to beach-walking distance. Could use some updating on furniture in living room (couch and chairs) but overall it was good place.
