I'm very glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the excellent central position of the flat and its size. I am grateful for your detailed comments as we have no wish to mislead guests and simply want to provide an excellent secure property in the centre of London for guests to enjoy our great city. We will reflect on your review and endeavour to help in areas that we realistically can. We are obviously disappointed that you felt the flat just about represented an average property (60%) as I don't remember such a low rating in the 15 years we've made the property available. I'm aware you stayed at the hottest day ever in June in London and we did have a number of conversations when you called about how to reset the electrical breakers, once you found the correct one the system remained on. The electrical trip may have been related to the high temperature but has not been an issue previously, it remains a mystery as to why they tripped in the few of hours between the cleaners leaving and you arriving. I'm aware you struggled to link to the WiFi, which is a new network EERO system throughout the flat, I did send you the network name on VRBO soon after our conversation but I understand you could not access this message on your 'phone 'till the following morning even though the network was working. I will check the information is typed on the router. I accept the key safes can be confusing but essentially we have one for the main door outside and one inside the house to collect the keys for your stay, this is for security reasons. We have two Nespresso coffee machines, the older one has never 'stopped automatically' but still makes good coffee, I thus assume it is not the same as your previous machines. I apologise we can't guarantee there is not always a stock of coffee capsules for both machines particularly as guests do not always replace them and I'm not always there between bookings. We do supply the basics and there is a shop supplying most items about 100m away. Finally the bath tub and tumble dryer, I must apologise that the tub was removed last year when we installed a new walk in shower and I have not managed to change all the property details to reflect this. The details should state we have a washing machine available although there is a tumble dryer in the cellar we don't routinely provide access, I will correct this but I assume your clothes dried fairly promptly in the hot weather. Considering all your comments, which I do appreciate, I do hope on reflection you will still consider staying with us again in future. We are considering acquiring another portable A/C unit but they are rarely needed in London. Kind Regards Phil
