Juste une courte promenade du sentier 804 ou à une étendue de plage de sable fin de 10 km. Situé juste au nord de la ville. Excellente base pour explorer tout ce que la région a à offrir. Venez en ville pour un bon repas. Rendez-vous à Cape Perpetua et parcourez les sentiers. Il y a quelque chose ou tout le monde. Vous pouvez aussi amener le chien.

We love this place. House was very comfortable and roomy. Best art was the short stroll to beautiful beaches and the 804 trail into town. Hope to return soon.

Salmon Street Retreat is a Treat!

Wonderful property, amenities, and a few short steps to the beach. My dog and I had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return!

Perfect Oregon Coast stay

A short walk from the beach, this property was perfect for the two of us and our dog, We were even able to entertain our cousins for dinner (8 more.). Pretty well equipped including laundry. Nice neighbors. Price is right. Comfy bed.

We've stayed in this home several time over the years. This is our 2nd with the new owners. Love the updates! Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a family emergency.

Great Beach

Just as described. Beach is close, and fairly private. House is great for pets, and a small party. Just well worn and smells musty, so if you want a great view, and accomodations of luxury, this not the house for you. But, if you desire beach access and very pet friendly house, this is a great deal.

The home was clean, but it was dusty so I had to tidy up a bit (countertops, fans, etc.) I’m sure this doesn’t matter to most people but since I’m allergic to dust, I noticed it more. There was also a lot of mildew on the shower curtain so my husband had to clean that along with grime in the tub. Once we cleaned the house, we really enjoyed our time and glad we went. We even completed a puzzle that was provided which was a lot of fun!

The location, neighbors, access to the beach and the trail is a straight walk dow the street -1/2 block. This is our summer destination. The bed is great. The only suggestion is that the owners do a little bit of minor maintenance inside.

The place was much bigger than expected, fantastic location, kind neighbors, and provided the peaceful retreat we were hoping for. The beach is very close and had very few people. Trail 804 was also a great treat with incredible scenery. We already decided we need at least 2 weeks next time to fully enjoy it! Our kids and dogs were in heaven :)

Perfect Location, Chill, Value for the Price

We had so much fun. Everything was great, including the price for the value of the place/location. The only down side was the beachy-been used and loved home-odor when you enter, but after you get used to it (and it's not bad, just different) within the first hour or less, I cannot think of any other negative about this place! We took a weekend trip with my three year old son, our elderly dog and my husband. Mostly to have some down time, hang as a family, and it was exactly what we had wanted. Perfect spot for a family of 3 and our large dog. Easy walk down to the pretty private beach (only accessible mostly to the neighbors). The house was really comfortable, nice layout, great to be able to cook meals and really close to the few really fun shops and community members of Yachats. Also, the property management was exceptional, very nice and quick to action with responding to questions. We had a blast, will definitely rent this place again and stay here again hopefully soon! A lot of fun, would highly recommend.

House on Salmon

House was ok and fence yard was nice as brought our dog. Not much of a view at all so need to walk to end of street to take stairs down to beach. We turned on microwave and the electric tea kettle and it flipped the breaker but we could not find the breaker panel any where. Called company but never got a call back so had to deal with only 1 of the 3 plug-ins that would work. Had to put by fold doors back on track in order to get to the wash machine as door wouldn't open. Having to have all towels in dryer before leave is very inconvenient as have to shower night before and then use paper towels the morning leaving as 1 hour to wash towels and then have to be in dryer. Have never had to do that in any other rental, it has always been to just start washer so can put them in washer and start it a few minutes before leaving. Be nice to have a dog doo scoup for backyard. We had to go through and pick it up from previous person's dog.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation at the Salmon Street house in September of 2024. We had previously stayed in this property 25 years ago. The current owners have certainly changed the interior and we were very pleasantly surprised with how clean and appealing the house had become. We like this home as it is a great size for two people and the location is the absolute Best in our opinion. You can go to the end of the street and you have a choice of walking the 804 or you can take a stroll on the sandy beach without hopping in a car. This was our first visit to Yachats in September after the crowds have left. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this home for a carefree comfortable stay.

The layout was so comfy and great for the dogs with the fenced yard. The house was well-equipped for cooking and had extra blankets and pillows for a good night's sleep too. It's a short walk to the 804 trail and quick drive to town. We will absolutely be back.
