Afterwards, you can come down and enjoy a wonderful day on the beach or in the complex's 14 x 8m chlorinated communal pool, which is 0.4m to 1.75m deep. There is also a children's playground with swings and a slide on a grassy area, ideal for the little ones.

This ninth floor flat, with lift, offers a spacious living-dining room where you can eat together or watch TV with a privileged view of the sea. The renovated kitchen has a gas hob, oven and everything you need for cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 bathrooms in the house with bathtub, as well as 4 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and the last one with a single bed. There is a cot and a high chair available as well as 2 fans.

The accommodation is located in Grau i Platja, a magical destination for lovers of good weather, the beach, pleasant walks and entertainment. The beach is only 10 metres walking distance from the flat, the golf course is 24 km away, and all the necessary services such as supermarket, bars, restaurants, cafes and so on are within easy reach.

Swimming pool available from June 1st to September 30th, from 10:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: The communal swimming pool may be closed during the dates of your stay due to health reasons.
