Bright, clean and did not disappoint!

Having stayed for several years on 30a at several beach houses, this turned out to be our favorite. The home was extremely clean, had lots of light, and the layout worked well for our family. We like to cook dinners a great deal on vacation -- so the well-stocked kitchen with everything we could ever need was much appreciated. The golf cart and a short, convenient ride to the beach from our home made a real difference as well. This was our first time in the Watersound community, and we really loved being able to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail on the front porch in this quiet spot with a real neighborhood feel. Great home, Wonderful, attentive service from Sanders Beach Rental.

Charm Galore

We loved our time at this spacious beach house. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was perfect. We enjoyed the front porch and the backyard grill and lounge area. The golf cart was convenient to carry all of us to the beach along with all our stuff. The beach dunes and sunsets were amazing!

We are so happy you and your family enjoyed the home, beach and the complimentary use of the golf cart that we provide for our guest! We do apologize the floors were not thoroughly cleaned and that towels were left in the dryer for you to find upon your arrival as this is not standard for our teams. We requested to send housekeeping out to correct these issues but was informed you had already taken care of it. An improperly cleaned home is not up to our standards of customer service and we will always be happy to make it right! Your feedback of your stay is always appreciated as this helps us grow and improve! We hope you come back to stay with us soon!

We love this house - well appointed, comfortable, clean and great location. This is our second year staying here. I really appreciate having access to the garage. It's so nice to leave all the sandy beach things in there. Sanders has been a great rental company. Any issue that we had was addressed immediately.

Fantastic Girl’s Weekend!

This is a beautiful home. The furnishings are top notch. Housekeeping did an outstanding job. Having the use of the golf cart was really nice. The beach parking for the golf cart puts you very close to the water which is super handy. We found the golf cart code keypad a little worn and tricky to use, but still loved having the use of it. It does work but may take a few tries. We would suggest making the front and side door locks a little simpler to use. One of the girls in our party was familiar with that type of lock so she made sure those were locked for us when we went out. Neighborhood is gated and feels very safe. We all agreed that we would love to stay there again.
