La cabine de 4 chambres dispose d'une des meilleures vues dans le comté agréable de presque toutes les chambres. Profitez encore plus tout en vous relaxant dans votre salon en plein air ou sur une balançoire par le foyer. A l'intérieur, vous pourrez profiter d'une aire de jeux dans le loft avec jeu d'arcade et baby-foot et une salle de théùtre à l'étage inférieur avec gradins siÚges de théùtre.

The house is beautiful, with spacious and inviting outdoor patio areas that were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We did have a few issues that made things a bit uncomfortable and decided to leave a little early, but management was very attentive and quick to respond, which we truly appreciated. Despite the hiccups, the property and service were both excellent overall—and I would definitely consider renting here again.

Fall Gatlinburg Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The driveway to the rental is narrow so drive careful as you go up. There were a couple pull offs when needed if someone is coming the opposite direction. The house is nice and you have what you need in the kitchen. The cabin has a lot of extras and we enjoyed using the pool table, outside firepit, game area and movie room. The furniture is a mix and the decorations are in a cabin style but a touch of modern. We did see bear while there and they kept their distance. The cabin does need a good cleaning but keep in mind that there is a limited time between rentals. The view is spectacular with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I would rent this cabin again. Our stay here brought lots of fun times and wonderful family memories.

Best Cabin Ever for Large Families

The owners thought of everything for kids and large families, right down to the toaster. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the rooms all of blackout curtains. The variety of games kept the kids busy all day, and the outdoor space is perfect for hosting an outdoor cookout if you want to invite some friends over.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views were great, but there were bugs and cobwebs all over the cabin. There was also a strong musty smell, as if it had not been rented in a while. The alarm in the cabin did not work, and the door lock on the front door would not lock. We had to call maintenance to have it fixed. Even after maintenance, the lock did not work every time. We loved the area, but we will not stay in this cabin next time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin has spectacular views of the SMNP with peace and quiet. The cabin was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and amenities. The cabin was mostly clean with the exception of lady and stink bugs in the upper bedroom/ bathroom. Many Bugs were on the bed, floor, in drawers, on window sills. Thankfully we brought a vacuum that cleaned up most of the bugs. Also, the second day we noticed an intermittent sewer smell that appeared to come from the basement area, but was not able to find the source of the smell.

Grand View Cabin

Reviewer Comments: I would kindly suggest that Elk Springs do a better of job of checking all cabins before renting to make sure everything is in working order. The electrical and water heater issues we had did not happen overnight. Also think the wording on this rental of "40 private acres" needs to be clarified. This cabin shares the 40 acres with other cabins it seems. Construction was mentioned nearby on the website but what wasn't mentioned was that guys would be helping themselves to our water hookup under our deck and running it down the hill to where they are building. I feel that nobody should be coming onto the property without notice while renters are present unless Elk Springs has concerns or contacts me first. The workers were walking right by my kids window unannounced. Lastly, please tell your workers that cutting grass that 7:30am is not acceptable. They woke the whole cabin up.

The only hiccup we had was the hot water in the basement wasn't working and it took two days for the maintenance person to fix it. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and the cabin was clean.

We were on motorcycles and a storm came in just before check out time. They were very understanding that we needed an extra half hour due to the rain. The cleaning staff showed up and was also understanding while she waited. Every cabin I have rented has always been so clean and the views are great. Thank you again Elk Spring, see you in the future.

Reviewer Comments: After scouring the internet for months looking for the perfect spring break house, I came across "Grand View".I already had soemthing else holding but really liked the look of this house.I did see on their website it said construction nearby, so I called the office.I asked what exactly that meant and if it was still going on.The woman on the phone asked around the office while I was still listening and said, does anyone know of construction near Grand View?The answer was nope, that must be an old note on the house.I even said, do you promise?I do not want to rent a house near construction.She said yes it's an old I booked the house only to arrive and see a house next door under construction.Every day there were at least 10 workers at the house next door all along the drive in front of the rental house ruining our Grand View.They were noisy all day from morning to after sunset.We could not sit on the porch during the day or sit in the hot tub and relax.I know we paid a premium for this house over spring break as it was over $1500 less 2 weeks later.We paid $4600 for the week rental and the company gave us $250 back in the end, meaningless.We sent videos and pictures of the crew parked in our driveway even using the water and electric coming from the house we rented.The company could not even own up to their own lie even know I had the name of the person and everything.They didn't even respect us as a customer to offer us the 10% discount they give for repeat guests.We wanted a quiet week away from it all in an isolated spot and were willing to pay the premium for is not at all what we got.Waking up on vacation to jackhammering all day is what we did get.There are so many rentals in this area and I am beyond aggravated that we ended up booking through this company that does not appreciate their customers.I am a travel agent & would never let clients or friends/family book through this company.There are so many other good spots out there, look elsewhere

Technology was a challenge at this cabin, should be more user friendly. TV's on lower level locked on Nickelodeon channel, not able to change the channel on these TV"s. Alarm system would not arm. Video games were turned off and could not get to turn on. adding a cookie sheet in the kitchen and trial size bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

Reviewer Comments: Lady bugs everywhere up stairs not enough seating inside the best best part of it was the outside seating area but this cabin in defiantly a warm weather cabin. Hot water doesn’t actually get hot and they are doing construction right beside you from day break to dark and downstairs has an extension cord run and a water house from one end to the other all the way to cabin they are building has a great view gravel driveway has HUGE pot holes all the way up from main road till you turn onto the actual driveway gate is broken laying beside drive way and construction crew fly up and down the gravel driveway. Cabin was decent for view and outside sitting but dead lady bugs and live lady bugs are a little annoying and I’m not talking about a few I’m talking about they was absolutely every where up stairs climbing all over bathroom and lamp beside bed. I know they are to be expected but shouldn’t be millions in piles dead all over main bedroom and bathroom. View is great Outside seating great Cleanliness not so GreatPlenty of things to cook with Only bathroom size trash can in cabin If warm outside cabin does not cool down so you have no choice but to sit outside

Our parents have never been to Gatlinburg and we wanted to give them the Mountain experience. The cabin was perfect for what we wanted it for. Although there is a build right beside the cabin and the workers would fill there water tank from the house which caused water pressure down. Everything was perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub every night of our stay. Cabin was clean and everything was in order.

Very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. My only two complaints are the lack of hot water (for more than 5 minutes) and very low water pressure in the showers. The owners should also consider either a peloton or a treadmill to give guests an easy way to exercise while staying. Otherwise, amazing property with beautiful views.

The WOW Cabin!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Cabin is pure perfection for 4 families! The layout is amazing and it even has upgrades from last year when we stayed there. It is an easy straight approximately 11 miles from Gatlinburg. The road to the Cabin off of the highway is very easy for such an amazing view compared to other places we have stayed to get a view like this. It is the 1st time we booked the same Cabin in back to back years, it is that nice!If you have small children, this Cabin offers a very safe deck for the little ones to be on, it is one of the many reasons we chose it for our trip, just look at the pictures and you will see. Another awesome thing about Grand View is that you will not have any Cabins close to you. You have to go onto the 3rd level deck to see another structure anywhere near you. We have rented Cabins with Elk Springs Resort for 8 years now. They are consistently amazing and I would never consider another Company to rent from. We have had to call them a couple of times over the many years for an issue or two and they were right on it. The customer service matches the amazing cabins! We have booked this Cabin for next year too! It will blow you away to sit outside on one of the 3 decks in the morning with your coffee in hand and take in the beauty of the cabin and views it offers! Lastly, we have seen bears in the morning and especially in the evening at this location both years we have stayed, what a delight to see them go thru the back yard of the property!

Secluded Grandest View

You honestly can't go wrong with Elk Springs Resort, I will continue to use them for all of my cabin stays. They are hands down the cleanest cabins to rent besides a resort hotel. This specific cabin is very remote and secluded. There are not any other cabins near you or your view. I love the little details that made this cabin feel so warm and cozy. The master bathroom is extraordinary. Although it could use a bit more water pressure it didn't bother our stay. They weren't lying about the name on this one- Grand View. It is truly one of the prettiest panoramic views I've seen. Truly a remarkable find, if you're considering this specific cabin you will not be disappointed.

Private, beautiful, great amenities, somewhat dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is secluded and private! The amenities are great, especially for rainy days. This is our third cabin rental from Elk Springs Resorts. They’re usually extremely clean. This one was not as clean. You could feel old food and grime on the countertops. While it was swept, they haven’t kept up with deep cleaning, moldings and around the edges we’re building up old dirt and dust. The fake plants were a huge dust trap. The outdoor furniture and decks were coated with dust and pollen. Which I understand would take a lot of effort to keep wiped down in the spring. But it would have been greatly appreciated as I had to wipe any chair down before we sat on it and we couldn’t help but track in the green pollen. It was thick. And the hot tub was pretty gross. They say they’re supposed to empty it between each stay, and maybe they did but didn’t empty it all the way of scrub it. We dutifully showers before getting in but unfortunately didn’t noticed the film of oil and hair floating in the water until after we were submerged. It just had a layer of scum. We got out and showered again. This was a first. I’ve always felt the hot tubs were the cleanest but this one was bad. Other than that, the bed was very comfy, the cabin was great. We would love to stay in it again IF they did a better job cleaning it. I believe in second chances and allowing for imperfections. I’d just call ahead and ask them to please make sure the hot tub is clean. We loved the dry sauna! There is no Bluetooth for the home theater so definitely bring an HDMI cable and something to connect for your own subscriber services. Oh and there IS an EV charging station!!! We wish we had known.
