Propriété élégante et confortable de construction récente, conçue avec bon goût et souci du détail. L'entrée principale s'ouvre sur le séjour divisé en un coin repas et un espace détente avec la présence d'une belle cheminée. Adjacent à la salle à manger est la cuisine entièrement équipée. Dans la zone de couchage, il y a deux élégantes chambres doubles, une chambre avec lits doubles, un bureau avec canapé-lit et trois salles de bains, dont deux dans la chambre et une principale avec un grand bain à remous et une belle douche d'hydromassage.
La villa dispose également d'un grand espace extérieur entièrement illuminé où vous pourrez profiter de la belle piscine privée, d'où vous pourrez admirer le magnifique panorama sur les montagnes Sibillini.

Beautiful house with stunning views

Dario and his daughter Sonia were very welcoming and we found a house which is beautifully located in Ceresola with wonderful views of the Monte Sibelini and also the Grand Sasso mountains further south. The house is fully equipped and quite luxurious. We very much liked our stay in this beautiful environment. We would recommend this place.

Very nice property that looked like the pictures. Unfortunately we visited when the temp was 37 degrees so very warm in the nights. Great hosts to help and give good reccomendations to the area. The house was fully equiped with everything you needed for your stay.

20 years to get here

We read an article in the Denver post 20 years ago about Le Marche. It took us 20 years to make it happen. We stayed for three weeks and had an amazing time. Dario and his family where great with recommendations for restaurants, shopping , local festivals. The area is rich with history and the architecture is beautiful.

Excellent scenic property

A lovely property to explore Marche from. This is our 8th year visiting the region and one of our favourite properties. Dario and Sonia could not have been more helpful and charming. We experienced a heatwave while we were staying and they had no problem at all dashing round with fans for the bedrooms. They also left the most magnificent welcome platters of local produce we’ve ever had! Highly recommended. We hope to return!

Fantastic house and views!

Dear Dario & Sonia, You were so kind to us, the welcome was warm and even a ping pong table was brought to the house! Everything was available, a nice swimming pool, a football playing table, a good working wifi for the kids. The views from the terraces were stunning, on every side you had a great view on the mountains. Also inside the house was perfect, bathrooms very very clean and the kids enjoyed the whirlpool. We would definitely would return! Thanks for everything! Greetings from Antwerpen (Belgium).

The house was great and the host made us feel very welcome

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in Dario's wonderful house. The house was great and had all we needed. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so we had all the space we needed. We almost lived at the lovely outdoor surroundings with the covered terrace, pool and trees with fruits. I really didn't want to leave. Dario and his family really made us feel welcome from the beginning. They welcomed us with a huge and beautiful welcome surprise consisting of different local specialities like bread, cheese, wine, fruit and much more. I would recommend everyone to visit and I myself would love to come back.

Perfect villa with a panorama view

We had a magnificent week at La Casa di Sonia in July and can highly recommend this villa. Inside the villa everything was clean and cozy just like in the photos. The kitchen was functional and well equipped and included even an espresso machine. There were three neat bath rooms. Outside was mesmerizing view of the Sibillini mountains, big table where we could enjoy all our meals, very sunny pool area and even own herbs and fruit trees. One nice little detail was speakers outside as we could listen to music while spending time on the pool area. The hosts welcomed us with local delicacies and they were very friendly and helpful. We had two excellent dinners in the near restaurant La Conca which is only about 200m from the villa. La Conca’s lovely hostess serves traditional Italian food at its best: tasty, generous portions and moderately priced.

Best Villa we have experienced - Kindest Hosts

There are simply no faults with Casa Sonia from the moment being greeted by our fantastic hosts with a wonderful fridge full of absolutely quality goods, well above the normal standard of a welcome pack. The extra supplied for a celebration we had during our stay was absolutely amazing, in quality and with such kindness and thoughtfulness. The house is so well equipped, beautifully located for total tranquility and views with friendly neighbours, though with 100% privacy. The local Agriturismo within a few minutes walk is very good and there are many other restaurants within 15 minutes drive in each direction. The house is quality throughout and you will not be disappointed, loads of space, lovely pool, table tennis and football table. The outdoor speakers are a nice touch if that suits, it did us. Nothing was too much trouble which was demonstrated with a vehicle issue we had which Dario sorted on our leaving day through a number of calls and favours asked, even whilst it delayed our departure Dario could not have been more helpful.and Sonia's very good English clarified anything we needed to know. Thank you Dario and Sonia, we have stayed in many villas over the years and can honestly say we have never had nicer hosts and had the pleasure of a higher quality Villa in any way. Thanks you and would love to see you again.

We had a fantasic week in this beautiul part of Italy and in this great house. Without any reservation, we can recommend this house to everyone who likes to pay a visit to Le Marche. In fact the house is situated in one of the most interesting areas of Le Marche with many mediëval towns within 30-45 minutes reach (towns like Monte St Martino, Ascoli Piceno, Amandola, etc). The view from the house is quite spectacular with green hills all around you and the mountain-range right opposite. The house itself is modern, very well equipped, very comfortable in every respect and has enough space around it. It is quiet, but thanks to the little borough it is next to, you don't feel too remote from the world. The pool is sufficiently large, the water clean and so was the house when we arrived. In addition to all this, the owner is just so friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was full of local cheeses, hams and drinks and on the table we found all kind of cakes and bread and later in the week Dario brought us another gateau. Dario and his daughter Sonia and her cousin have been so forthcoming during the booking and confirming stage/at arrival and in case of problems they immediately solved it. Top class! We hope to be back one day! Again we highly recommend this house to all visitors of Le Marche!

Modern and comfortable villa in a beautiful area

Just arrived home from an outstanding 3-weeks holiday in this unspoiled part of Italy. The villa is beautiful and modern, with all the comfort one needs and tastefully furnished. It is also very well equipped and the materials used are of a high quality level. The villa itself is located in a quiet beautiful area and in a very small village with a few dozen inhabitants, which is the perfect place to get the rest that's needed far away from the normal working day with all its stress. The surroundings are very peaceful and unspoiled with stunning views onto the Sibillini mountains. Restaurants in Smerillo and Comunanza are near by, but also a little further away (for instance Monte San Martino) you will find many fine places where the inner side can be well treated with local products. Daily shopping can be done in Comunanza, where you will find all the things you need at good prices. And everywhere the local people are very warm and friendly. So this is really a place in Italy to recover from your daily life. And the owner Dario, his wife Luisita and daughter Sonia are amongst the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met and I dare to say that they are friends for life. At our arrival we were surprised with a table full of local goodies, like meat, cheeses, fruit, cake and drinks. And they have done really everything to make us feel at home and make our holiday a rememberable one. And how they succeeded in doing this! From the end of July and in the month of August there are very much local festivities. We have visited a medieval festival in Grottazzolina which resulted in a tremendous evening. And almost every village has its own festivity. Do visit them to get a good impression of the happiness of the people around here. Aren't there any negative remarks? Only one: the day of our departure. With real pain in the heart we've said goodbye to Dario and family, yet with the promise that we would be back! And unfortunately the rating here has only 5 stars, because 10 stars would do more justice to this villa and the people. Dario, Luisita and Sonia: mille, mille grazie per tutto e ritorniamo, we will return! Love and kisses from Holland. Ciao, Erik & the rest of the gang..... :-))

Geheimtipp - sensationell schöne Unterkunft.Wir waren als Familie mit unseren 4 Kindern (13-16 J.) für 14 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Anwesen. Es stimmte einfach alles! Perfekte Lage, Bergpanorama, beste Ausstattung und vor allem außerordentlich freundliche und bemühte Gastgeber. Freundlicher Empfang mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten und ausführlicher Hausübergabe. Sicherlich eines der besten Ferienhäuser, das wir je gebucht haben. Alles funktioniert (z.B. an allen Fenstern intakte Insektennetze), geschmackvolle Einrichtung... Zum Wandern in den Sibillinischen Bergen (Anfahrt ca 30 min) ein Traum, Touren ans Meer oder größere Orte (z.B. Ascoli) dauern etwas länger (45 -60 min Anfahrt). Die Photos im Exposé sind nicht geschönt - wir haben alles exakt so vorgefunden. Der Pool ist herrlich und die ganze Außenanlage ist wie das Haus selbst äußerst gepflegt. Also: Absolute Reiseempfehlung!

Ein Super schönes Haus mit einer super geilen Aussicht.Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Sibillini Gebirge und dem schnellen Zugang zum Pool.Bei Fragen oder Problemen war der Kontakt mit Sonia und Dario immer einwandfrei.Es war eine schöne Zeit.A super nice house with a super awesome view.Our favorite spot was the terrace with a view of the Sibillini Mountains and quick access to the pool.If we had any questions or problems, Sonia and Dario were always easy to reach.It was a wonderful time.

Einfach super

Liebe Sonia, lieber Dario, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in eurem super Haus. Die Villa liegt sehr schön und praktisch zu Einkausmöglichkeiten im nahegelegenen Ort Comunanza. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an absolut nichts. Die Betten sind sehr sehr gut, Bäder wunderbar und alles extrem sauber. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit Sonne am Morgen an der Küchenseite und später rund rum auf dem großen Bereich. Unsere Kinder waren ständig im Pool, an der Tischtennisplatte oder am Kicker. Für kleinere Kinder eignet sich auch der direkt nebenan gelegene Spielplatz. Abends konnten wir tolles Barbecue machen und die super Aussicht auf die Berge genießen. Schönes Haus mit Traumblick

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und entspannend. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und Sonia und Dario kümmern sich hervorragend um die Gäste. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können das schöne Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferienvilla

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Sonia genossen. Das Mobiliar und die gesamte Ausstattung ist hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Matratzen sind bequem, die Nächte sind angenehm ruhig. Der Blick auf die Berge ist fantastisch. Die überdachte Veranda lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Dario und seine Tochter Sonia begrüßten uns sehr freundlich und waren für Rückfragen oder Empfehlungen immer erreichbar. Über die kulinarische Überraschung haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Noch einmal vielen Dank für alles.

Geweldige vakantievilla

We hadden een superweek in deze prachtige villa. Het huis in ruim, compleet en heel schoon. Zwembad en de ligstoelen er omheen nodigen uit om heerlijk te relaxen. Uitzicht op Apenijnen veel mooier dan op de foto's. Klein minpuntje: boodschappen doen 5 km rijden.
