Villa Gardenia - 5 bedroom Holiday Villa with Pool

Située dans le célèbre domaine de Santa Maria, la Villa Gardenia se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de la baie de Santa Maria, d'une plage rocheuse cachée, ainsi qu'à quelques minutes de route de la célèbre plage de sable de Ghadira et des restaurants de maison pour familles et amis.

À l'intérieur de la villa, le salon, la cuisine entièrement équipée et le coin repas se trouvent au premier étage avec un balcon donnant sur la terrasse de la piscine. un endroit idéal pour les barbecues en soirée ou les petits déjeuners familiaux au soleil. Le plan ouvert bénéficie de la climatisation pour les chaudes journées d’été ou les froides soirées d’hiver.

La cuisine est équipée d'une cafetière, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un micro-ondes et des appareils de base tels que plaques chauffantes, four, réfrigérateur et congélateur.

Aux étages inférieurs se trouvent cinq chambres spacieuses et bénéficient de la climatisation. Quatre des chambres ont une salle de bains et une douche et la propriété a une salle de bain principale. Toutes les chambres bénéficient d'une télévision équipée de chaînes numériques.

La piscine dispose de nombreuses chaises longues et parasols et donne sur une belle vallée.

La villa propose une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision par câble, une console de lecture et un haut-parleur Bluetooth dans le salon. La villa est également équipée de jeux de société pour que vous puissiez en profiter toute la nuit.

Lovely trip, owners were very helpful

Me and my 6 friends had an amazing stay here! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was really nice for me and my friends to be able to spread out. The Janice responded very quickly and was helpful. We had an issue with the heat and I was contacted almost immediately to fix the problem! super positive experience and I highly recommend.

Really spacious villa, a bit tired and needs some attention. We loved our stay, the pool is great.

I would stay here again, we were a family with two small children. The pool area is great with plenty of beds and towels provided. We had some small issues but they were sorted immediately. Any questions were responded to quickly and efficiently.

Very spacious, far more than I expected!

We stayed in Villa Gardenia during February half term, we got away from some of the freezing temperatures in England! The villa is extremely spacious, loads of space for everyone. We consisted of six: 2 adults and 4 children (ages 11, 9, 7 and 7). The beds were REALLY comfortable!! I would be very happy to own one of the beds as I slept very well. The bedding and towels were all very clean. Having lots of toilets and televisions was brilliant too. I have only marked down as the swimming pool is not heated (although we were told by the maintenance man during our stay that they were looking into in for the future), the lack of a tumble dryer during the cooler months and the lack of hanging facilities/radiators in the bathrooms. The towels stayed wet the whole week as the shower rooms are not heated, one of the hooks in the shower room that I used was only just attached to the wall. The bedroom on the ground floor overlooking the pool had a very strange smell. We have left a few items in the kitchen to help future renters as we felt they were lacking. What was a really lovely and unexpected touch were the Playmobil gifts that were left for each of the children plus the little toilettries left for each guest including "little Prince" and "little Princess" toilettries for my children. Charmaine was extremely helpful prior to our stay and answered all emails very promptly and courteously. Thank you for our stay at your lovely villa.

As for the heated pool in winter, we do offer a heated pool in our Villa Sardinella which is next to Villa Gardenia which is also a 5 bedroom villa and shares the same layout and furnishings and Villa Gardenia. Excellent, well equipped villa.

The only problem was the damp in the lower two bedrooms. This was largely remedied by the de-humidifiers provided promptly when the problem was raised. I would guess this wasn't a new problem, from the damp patches on the walls, so it needs fixing and could perhaps have been anticipated by providing them initially. Apart from that we very much enjoyed our stay.

Villa Gardenia - needs TLC

We stayed at this 5 bedroom villa in Mellieha to celebrate my mothers 70th Birthday. The villa was ok but is looking a little tired and could do with some TLC. The location of the villa is about at 30 min walk to Mellieha Village if you are fit and healthy you can walk it but if you don't like hills then I would recommend you hire a vehicle. You are about a 45 mins walk to the sandy beach. Nearest supermarket is 30 mins walk. Couple of good bars at top of the road Cross Keys and Reflections.

Luxe ruime villa in rustige wijk

Fantastisch ruime villa, ideaal voor groepen tot 10 personen in rustige wijk. Vijf mooi ingerichte slaapkamers met elk een eigen complete badkamer. Prachtig groot balkon, makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit de keuken dus perfect voor ontbijt en bbq. Super zwembad met ligstoelen. Het ontbrak ons aan niets!

Absolutely amazing

This is by far the best villa I've stayed in. Didn't meet Janice and Charmaine but they were very responsive to us. From booking to arrival they made sure our stay was memorably. They even helped coordinate pickup from the airport with rental car. The villa is amazing. Very well kept- BIG and the ultimate party spot. Great amenities in each room. The pool is big and clean. I would recommend a car if you are staying here as moving around could get difficult. I would definitely stay here again. Bonike and Funmi Leigh

Amazing week in Gardenia

7 of us stayed for a week in this great villa. We were all adults, but when we got into the pool every day, we all lost about 20 years. We never even turned on the TV in our rooms. It was a lovely space to enjoy together as a family. The kitchen was well appointed, and family meals were enjoyed around the main table. The fridge and dishwasher were new, as was the espresso maker, which was amazing. My brother became a professional barista for the week! We had cocktails every night on the terrace before going out to eat in Mellieha. Of the 5 rooms, 4 had en suite. The remaining room had its own bathroom at the end of the hall. The air con was great at the end of a day sightseeing or swimming. There were nice white fluffy towels for showering and nice beige towels for the pool. I can't think of any downside to the villa. The owners were easy to contact and answered all my queries before and during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this company and its villas. Louise and Family

EXCELLENT VILLA with AMAZING STAFF

We were a party of 23 girl renting 3 villa next door to each other. 12 were in Villa Gardina with the rest split into the other two villas. Upon arriving to Villa Gardina I was sent a message by one of my party members who had arrived earlier that day. It said "OMG YOU'RE GOING TO DIE" IT'S EVEN BETTER THAN THE PICTURES" That said we couldn't wait to arrive. She was right, the villa was perfect, clean, spacious, bright, not to much decor just enough. All the rooms have great beds, we were provided with clean towels. The Kitchen was a perfect size for my party of 12. I was presently surprised that the villas had a dishwasher (not sure why), there was a microwave and a large fridge freezer and plenty of space for us to store our food and drinks. I stayed in the large master bedroom in the basement. The room was a bit damp on arrival but that seem to not bother me at all once I settled myself in. Although my clothe had a funny damp smell to them when I left but nothing a washing machine couldn't fix. The owners of the Villa are AMAZING, they made our holiday - dear I say it EPIC, from the start of the booking process to the end when we left the villa. Janice was my main point of contact, nothing seemed too big or too small for her to achieve on my behalf. When I made contact I got a response within minutes. Any query's or concerns I had were dealt with so quickly I didn't have time to worry about anything. They arranged a taxi pick up to and from the airport for us. When 2 of the showers were leaking they sent someone around straight away to fix it. We were there for my birthday Janice Baldacchino and her amazing staff even left me such a lovely birthday gift. YES I CRIED... I was so touched by their kindness. They arranged for a taxi to collect us and take us to dinner for my birthday and even allowed us to occupy one of the villas after the normal check out time as we were all leaving at different times of the day. I had the most amazing time with the most amazing people and couldn't recommend these villas more highly. Part of me doesn't want to write this review as I feel I have found a gem and want it all for myself lol but that's not me. If you don't book these villas you'd be a fool, can't say you wasn't warned. Jancie and Charmaine you will most definitely be seeing me again. Thanks A MILLION FOR EVERY THING YOU DID FOR ME AND MY CREW. YOU OUT DID YOURSELVES. From me and the 40th Bday Squad - We love you! ******

Enjoyable week in Malta at Villa Gardenia

The description of the property was accurate, it was a large 3 storey villa with spacious accommodation. As it was end of the season, the property was a bit 'tired' but the furniture and beds were of a good quality. The bedding and towels were all very clean. The lower floor had a slightly damp smell but once we occupied the room it wasn't so noticeable. The kitchen needed cleaning better than it was - but saying that I am inclined to be OCD regarding kitchens. It had a good size fridge, the oven and hob worked well but the dishwasher did not clean properly (no, we did not overfill it) so we ended washing dishes by hand. The pool needed work as some of the tiles on the bottom were lifting. One thing I have to comment about which is very important, a bottle of vodka was spilled out of the fridge and it set the fire alarm off, which in turn immediately cut the gas off. I called and spoke to Mrs Dorothy Baldachinno and she said someone would be round in 10 mins and there they were! The man then checked all the smoke detectors and rectified the alarm, this for me was really important and an excellent service, as you hear so many stories about dodgy boilers etc on holiday. I would certainly recommend the property to family and friends. It would be handy to have a car as the shops are a good 10-15 mins walk away up a steep hill. I would have given 5 stars apart from the odd niggle or two.

Great villa at the heart of Melieha

We booked the villa to have an employee prep meeting. We have had such a great time. The villa is perfect of mid-size group, really large, beautiful pool and very well located. Your are 15 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins from shops and stores! The owners ensured we were content and answered any of our enquiries in a very quick delay. Highly recommended!

Villa Gardenia was just what we expected, the photographs a realistic overall view of the property

It was spacious, the living area comfortable and the bedrooms enormous and great to have so many bathrooms! Pool area was clean and tidy, the pool was somewhat chilly so early in the season but refreshing and used daily, The outside eating area on the balcony was much used and lovely to have a barbeque. Thank you for a very memorable special week in Mellieha celebrating our daughter's wedding. Can't wait to come back :-)

Perfect villa for a weekend getaway.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at the villa for a long weekend in June, as we desperately needed some sunshine and Vitamin D! All communication with the owners was very effective, and they even organised the keys to be at the airport with the car rental company we used (as it was a lie flight). The villa was very clean, great location and the pool was amazing! Can't recommend this villa enough!
