Belle maison familiale en bord de mer avec piscine chauffée et ascenseur, séjour à «Summer Lovin»

Summer Lovin 'est une maison face au golfe située sur West Beach Blvd. à Gulf Shores. Il dispose d'un total de 6 chambres, 6 salles de bains, des espaces de vie spacieux, de larges vérandas aux deux niveaux, un ascenseur et une petite piscine rafraîchissante.

Les semaines d'été sont du dimanche au dimanche afin d'éviter les embouteillages d'arrivée le samedi!

Le rez-de-chaussée a la grande salle avec un grand téléviseur HD au-dessus de la cheminée, une cuisine bien équipée avec de superbes vues sur la plage pour les cuisiniers et une table à manger avec des bancs et des chaises ainsi que des tabourets sur l'îlot de cuisine pour accueillir toute la famille. Vous trouverez également des repas et des sièges en plein air sur le porche. Cet étage a une chambre avec lit king avec salle de bain privée, une chambre avec une paire de reines et une salle de bain qui s'ouvre également sur le hall et la buanderie.

Le dernier étage a un maître roi en bord de mer avec un porche privé, une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire séparées, et un salon qui a une banquette-lit double et un lit gigogne au cas où vous en auriez besoin pour vos enfants ou petits-enfants. Vous avez deux autres chambres king, plus une chambre avec lits superposés pour 4 personnes et est sûr d'être l'endroit où les cousins veulent rester.

Sous la maison, vous trouverez la pataugeoire abritée sous la maison et entourée de vignes et de fleurs. C'est une merveilleuse pause du soleil quand il fait vraiment chaud en été, mais pendant les mois plus frais, à l'abri du vent et peut être chauffé pour 50 $ / jour - votre propre petite oasis. Vous trouverez également une douche d'eau chaude et froide et un vestiaire sous la maison, un gril, des chaises de sable et une passerelle pour les dunes.

Pardon! AUCUN GROUPE DE COLLÈGE. Nous accueillons des équipes, des groupes religieux, des groupes parrainés par des professeurs. Veuillez noter que nous ne pouvons pas louer à des groupes de moins de 25 ans. Maximum de 14 adultes. Week-end du Hangout Festival, il y a un dépôt de garantie remboursable de 1000 $.

Family getaway

This is our second time staying at this house. We have the best time here the location is amazing! House is always clean and property manager always available if needed. House is equipped with everything you would need. Will definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for a ocean view getaway with family/friends

Perfect House, Perfect Location

We loved every minute of our stay. The house was setup perfectly for a large group with lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was large enough to feed everyone at the same time, and stocked with everything you need. The back porch is amazing. Loved our stay, and will definitely be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals was very accommodating by allowing us a couple hour early check in. The rental was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a problem with lights flickering (we happened to be here during the big snowstorm of 2025) They responded quickly when we called and were very easy to work with. We left MO for our annual girls trip and a little warmer temperatures. The snow was beautiful and we got to experience snow and sand at the same time. I would definitely use GSVR in the future!!!

Family friendly

Three generations. Children from 10 mo. to 12 yrs. Plenty of rooms and privacy for all. Convenient access to the beach that was a game changer for parents of young ones. The small wading pool was a cool respite for the young ones, also.

Great spot and great communication

We loved our stay at “Summer Lovin’”. From the time we arrived til the last moments of our stay we felt at home and comfortable and safe. The elevator was key for our needs. There were some issues with different aspects of the house, but Susan always responded promptly and had the problem resolved in a timely manner. Great location, great management, beautiful beach. We loved the boardwalk as well and the outside shower.

Family Getaway

House was very clean and is so comfortable. This is our second year here and we've already booked for next year. Management is very responsive to any questions or problems.

Yaya trip

Perfect house for our group of 9. Enough seating in the living room, dining room and the Porch outside. Walk out to beach was perfect. We politely request that the living room furniture be replaced. One recliner was broken and you sink into both couches. They are past their life. Hopefully the owners will do that and we will go back next year. No need to hunt for another house. This one was perfect.

Three Generation Beach Getaway

We loved our stay and found the accommodations great for our family of 11, which included four couples, including one couple with a disabled young adult, one couple in their nineties and who needed the elevator, and two other adults who needed their own rooms. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom, the easy and private access to the beach, the large deck, the fireplace, and all the natural light in the common space. Might want to update a mattress or two in the bunk room, install grab bars in one of the bathrooms, and allow more time to get dishes cleaned and put away and towels washed. At the end of our visit it seemed that the fridge/freezer were not cooling adequately. Would love to make a return visit to this spot of paradise!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went well - had to call manager to reprogram the front door lock upon arrival. Also, having the DW unloaded and towels washed, dried, folded before 10 am is too tall of an order. We made it happen, but, usually do not have to meet those requests. All else went fine. Enjoyed the house and its location.

Celebration on the beach

10 of us and we never bumped into each other! Sleeps like a seven bedroom five bathroom fantastic beach house! Didn't know how to lock the upstairs door on the porch, so if you go and stay you lift up on the handle and then turn the knob Locker. The pool is the size of a Jacuzzi so don't expect to be doing laps, but it was fun for the little kids to get in! The beach is steps from your back door. The boardwalk is fantastic. We didn't have to use the elevator but it is there. Washer and dryer is quiet. Dishwasher actually washes the dishes. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. And the best part is our downstairs master had the best firm mattress out of our last seven vacations!

Loving Summer Lovin'

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely, the location was perfect for our family. The elevator was imperative for my mom to accompany us on this vacation. It did stop a couple of times during operation, but she got it working after pushing the button a few times.The first night we contacted management for instructions to get the fireplace lit. They said they would get back to me and never did, but my son in law showed up an hour later and knew how to start it so, no worries.The back door was tricky. I'm not sure it every really locked, but we eventually figured out how to at least get it to latch.The shower heads are very high and could not be adjusted for us short folks. The master bath shower is poorly lit. Pots and pans were difficult to reach (once again, short person problems) but the kitchen was well equipped. All these items were easy to adapt to and didn't affect our ability to thoroughly enjoy our vacation. We appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations. They allowed us to have a wonderful family celebration!

Fun Family Reunion

This was the perfect house for three generations of our family to get together following our grand daughter's wedding. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was quite helpful. We enjoyed having beach chairs and toys available and the small pool was delightful. The kitchen was well equipped, but a couple shelves on the refrigerator door were broken so the refrigerator did not accommodate all that it should have. Luckily there was a refrigerator down stairs for all the drinks we needed for the beach. The one disadvantage to the house location was having to stake claim to the beach in front of our dune walk by 7:00 in the morning. The house is very close to public beach access so the beach in front of the house tended to fill up quite quickly. Overall , we thoroughly enjoyed our week and would definitely rent this house again.

All the bedrooms had their own private bathroom which was awesome. The kitchen was very well stocked. With our large group we ate in for nearly all meals. Outdoor space was amazing. One of the best deck we have had in a vacation home. Beach access could not have been more perfect. Splash pool was a great bonus if you wanted a break from the beach. Close enough to a activities to be convenient but far enough away that it didn’t feel crowded. We had 3 vehicles and parking was great. This may sound odd, but after many years of staying in beach rentals, one of the things we noticed was how easy the waste removal was! Someone came & took the trash cans to the road and returned them. We didn’t have to mess with them. Overall great experience!!
