Cette maison de 3300 pieds carrés sur plusieurs niveaux offre beaucoup d'espace! Le niveau supérieur dispose d'une suite parentale avec une chambre, un salon et une salle de bain complète. La chambre principale a un lit king size, salon a un grand lit gigogne et un canapé pour les invités supplémentaires. Les curseurs mènent au grand pont des deux pièces. Deck a un ensemble de patio pour profiter de beaux matins. À mi-niveau a une salle de bain et trois chambres, toutes avec lits queen. Grande cuisine et salle de télévision avec sortie sur un autre patio avec barbecue à gaz, table et chaises. Salle familiale supplémentaire de 600 pieds carrés avec bar, salle de bain complète et buanderie. Chambre a un lit queen size, canapé-lit avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de taille queen, un canapé et un siège d'amour. WIFI, deux réfrigérateurs, un grand terrain de coin privé et 3 grandes télévisions LCD dans les salons. Laveuse et sécheuse au niveau inférieur. Maison parfaite pour les familles en vacances ensemble!

Great Spot

This place was perfect for our large family group. Multiple levels were great for accommodating little kids, 20 somethings, and adults. We had a great time despite the less than perfect weather. Would definitely go back.

Great vacation home

This is our second stay at this home and it was even better than the first. The house was clean when we arrived and some nice updates have been done to the home. This is a great house for multiple families vacationing together as everyone can have their own space. Short walk to beach and close to everything we enjoy in this area. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Great family vacation

Our family had a great family vacation in this beautiful home. It was very spacious for all to have our own space yet enjoy each other’s company. It was close to the beach ten minute walk. Nice quiet neighborhood. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent spacious home - perfect location

This home has a lot of space for large groups. My family of 5 was joined by in-laws for a total of 7 adults, 5 kids - and we still had room to spare. The layout is great to support family dinners and games in the dining room or out on the large deck with two picnic tables. Multiple floors allows for needed space and privacy.Location is great - walkable to Scarborough beach but also short drive to multiple other options.We are already looking forward to booking again next year!

The rental was filthy dirty. Numerous spiders, beetles and bugs of all sorts found in kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and windows. Definitely needs barrier treatment for bugs. The grill is old and cannot control temperature . Needs replacing. Heavy metal kitchen chairs and bottoms in the kitchen that pesticide to limit bugThe stairs inside are very very dangerous. They are steep and slippery. One bathroom had poop on the wall near the toilet and black mold on shower curtain . Some do it yourself and disgusting so you couldn’t even open the windows to get airListing states there is air-conditioning however they were only window units in a couple rooms.

Great place for family vacation!

House is big and huge yard kids loved playing football and badminton. Nice neighborhood for kids to ride their bikes! Short walk to the beach!! We stayed here 3 years ago then Covid hit. We didn’t go anywhere till this year! Will definitely go back next year! The owners texted me Saturday and said the dryer wasn’t working. Came by Sunday at noon and replaced the dryer. Awesome ! Grandparents, 3 adult children and their spouses and 4 grandchildren ages 10 months , 5 years, 9 years, and 13 years! Something for everyone!!

Wonderful family vacation spot

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Upon arrival everything was neat and very clean. All of the rooms were very spacious and allowed us to spread out. The yard was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our yard games. If I had to recommend anything, it would be an air conditioner for the dining/living room area. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home!

Simply the best!

We just returned from an amazing stay on Greene Lane! The house was meticulous upon arrival, and had everything you could have hoped for and more! All the little details were covered, complete with beach carts and citronella candles. The location is also impressive, great neighborhood to walk and ride bikes, and a short walk to the beach! This home is perfect for large families who want to vacation together, and still have their own individual space. The extra fridge in the garage was a lifesaver! And the outdoor shower was AWESOME! The owners, Chris & Andrea, were perfect host, and quick to respond with any questions or concerns! Will definitely rent again! :)

Convenient spacious property

My wife & I stayed at this property recently with our children & grandchildren...11 of us. Everyone loved it. Very spacious, plenty of parking and a short 10-12 minute walk to the beach. It has a large backyard for outdoor activities.Just a couple of things we suggest....while there is plenty of closet space there are very few clothes hangers....also we sometimes found ourselves a little short of silverware for eating particularily steak knives. Overall this place is great and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful large house! We had grandparents, 3 adult children and their spouses and 4 grandchildren ages 2-16. Plenty of room. House was immaculate. 10 minute easy walk to the beach. Would definitely rent again! Great place!

Great family vacation home!

Large home for multiple family members vacationing together. Multiple levels for privacy. Large yard and outdoor shower came in handy. Plenty of parking and a short cut for a quick walk to the beach. Only suggestion would be a humidifier in the lower level as it seemed damp. Would definitely recommend 😊.

Great house, great location!

Perfect beach house for our annual family vacation. Plenty big enough for our 4 families. Very spacious and clean. Only 10 minute walk to beach and short drive to any of the other great RI beaches. Any questions we had the owners responded immediately. Plenty of parking. Many updates including kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect corner lot with plenty of yard space for games. This is a great vacation home for families with little ones or teenagers. The extra full refrigerator in the garage and small refrigerator in lower level definitely came in handy. Spent most of our time on the huge lower deck. The grocery store and other stores were only a short (less than 10 minutes) drive. I would highly recommend this house rental and plan on returning next year. D.Sheehan

Great experience!!

My family just returned from a great stay at this large, very clean, updated spacious home. The owner are very nice and accommodating. Kitchen was recently done over as well as the three bathrooms. The outdoor shower was great. Very nice after spending a day at the beach. This house is great for a large family or two families and is at a convenient location. Ten minute walk to the beach and very close to stores. By far the most comfortable beach house we ever stayed at. The top master suite level and deck is very relaxing. The pictures and the description are point on. The lower deck has a nice grill and overlooks a private yard which makes it easy to watch the kids. Glad we found this house and we will be back next year for sure.
