Nice and comfy

Property as advertised with a great location and had everything we needed. Building however needs TLC, elevators are dirty as well as hallways and doors....other than that, no complaints.

A week in paradise.

Spent a week here. Beautiful view, as advertised. This condo building is as close to the gulf as you can get on Marco. This unit on the 4th floor provides great viewing of the beach, dolphins, and sunsets. Unit was clean and well equipped.

Fantastic location with a stunning view

This was one of the best condos we’ve stayed at on Marco Island. The listing and pictures are completely accurate! The unit is updated, well equipped, very clean, with great beach chairs and umbrellas. Not enough superlatives to share for this nicely appointed condo at a fantastic location! They even have a swivel rocking chair! Contacts were accessible, friendly, and interactive.

Beautiful view

Owners pay attention to detail, this unit is nicely updated. The view is wonderful and this building is in a great location on the south end of the island. I enjoyed walking every morning picking a different direction - out on the sidewalks, or on the beach. Beach access is easy - you are on the beach in seconds. The sheets were soft and towels were nice. Everything in the kitchen looks new. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful property, VERY clean, and you are RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! TONS of towels and blankets available, too! The beach gear looked brand new...wagon, chairs, umbrella, plus a lot of fun toys for those that travel with young children. There was a stacked washer and dryer that was available in the unit--very convenient! Only one little hiccup and that was the internet went out over night and we had to contact the property manager. They were super communicative and brought someone out right away to fix it. However, the internet was a little slow--just a note for those who may have to spend some vacay time at the work computer.Although it was raining most of our stay, we had beautiful sunsets 3 of the nights...you cannot beat a Gulf of America sunset!! This is a property we would definitely stay in again!

The apartment is recently updated with great kitchen facilities, good AC throughout, and nice bathroom fixtures. The beds are very comfortable and the unit feels spacious. The best part is the balcony, with full views up and down the beach and of sunset, and the easy access out to the 7 miles of walking-friendly beaches. The rental company was very responsive and made the entire process easy and hassle free.

Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 4 adults sharing for a week, we weren’t sure how we would get on but I have to say it was perfect, two bedrooms both with en suite’s, so no awkward bathroom moments, condo was spotlessly clean, couldn’t fault it at all and as our first visit to Marco Island, you didn’t disappoint, plus the sunsets were spectacular.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at the condo and loved the view! The beach access was very convenient, along with the beach items in the locker. This made our stay so much less hectic. The beach chairs provided were very nice and looked new. I wanted to sit out on the balcony more often, but the furniture out there could use a little love/replacing. I typically went down to my sister's condo down the hall to enjoy her balcony as they had furniture with cushions. Overall, we had a great time and felt like everything went well. Elevators could use a little updating! 4 stars for cleanliness due to there being a lot of sand left in the kitchen upon arrival. The rental company said they sent cleaners by the next day, but we did not see them nor was it cleaned up. We were glad there was a vacuum on site!
