Situé sur le côté sud de la tour Hokulani, ce dernier étage (7ème étage) unité a de superbes vues sur l'océan avec l'île de Lana'i en arrière-plan!

Ce beau plan d'��tage 2 chambres à coucher est loué comme un 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain, lit king dans la chambre avec grand canapé-lit dans le salon (chambre principale est verrouillée-off) Grande 235 pieds carrés lanai. 2 MAXIMUM D'HÔTES OCCUPATION AUCUNE exception (y compris les enfants / bébés).

Comprend des comptoirs en granit et des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable Bosch, notamment une laveuse et une sécheuse. En plus de la tél��vision à écran plat et du lecteur DVD dans le salon, il y a aussi une télévision à écran plat dans la chambre. La salle de bain comprend un double lavabo, une douche et une baignoire séparée.

So Much Better than 5 Star Hotel

Considering the property location, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, balcony beach view, den, and laundry room - I can’t imagine continuing to pay much more at the Ritz or Four Seasons for a luxury hotel room with none of those things.

Great place, location, parking. Nice amenities with multiple things to do. Dukes restaurant was great - we ate both in and had carry out. Unit was very clean and we loved the lanai’s lounges.

Wonderful spacious condo!

Very roomy for 2 people, clean and well maintained. Lots of kitchen ware, plates, cups etc. Nice umbrella and 2 beach chairs. It was nice to have a good size cooler, both soft and hard sided. Enjoyed the side view, very quiet.

Beautiful Condo

We were only able to stay a few days, and would happily have stayed longer. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen and appliances are high end. We loved the large lanai with multiple seating options, and the view of the water is better than expected. We loved our stay.

Breathtaking views and luxurious stay!

I recently stayed at a vacation rental in Kannapali, West Maui, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The large lanai offered stunning views that took my breath away every morning. The beachfront property boasted multiple pools and jacuzzis, providing the perfect relaxation spots. The amenities were top-notch, making the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, its proximity to the nearby food truck park, Whalers Village, and the convenience of having Duke's Restaurant on the property were huge bonuses. Overall, it was an incredible getaway filled with luxury and convenience.

Exceptional condo!

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and loved our time! The unit is spacious, clean and well equipped with what you need, and the outdoor space and views are a major selling point! The resort is beautiful, with a great restaurant and access to the beachwalk for strolls. The beach chairs were great to have for afternoons at the beach! My only recommendation for anyone staying is to bring beach towels. Trying to get towels through the resort was a hassle and the ones we could get were more like small bath towels.

Perfect Maui home base

We appreciated the welcoming, perfectly outfitted condo in such a central spot for exploring Maui. As this was our first trip back to the island as empty-nesters, we love that the Honua Kai has space for both families and couples looking for a quieter experience. We loved that the condo has a generous deck with amazing ocean views away from the busy pools. We spent quiet mornings enjoying the view and planning our day. The management company's frequent and clear communication made check-in and check-out extremely easy. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities like coffee, beach chairs, and even a soft-sided cooler. We can't wait to return.

Was impressed with quality of rental. We have stayed at this resort many times and would rate this as being the nicest as far as fit and finish. Oftentimes the carpet is very worn or has spots in these rentals. Not this one. It was immaculate. If this was for sale I'd look into buying it.

AC and communication issues

AC was not working during our stay. After multiple requests to have it addressed, the unit was fixed towards the end of our stay, but still wasn't functioning well. When we brought this issue up with the management they were very dismissive. Outside of the AC issue the condo was nice, but customer service was lacking. Given all the other options near by I would not stay here again.

We are sorry to hear the guest was not fully satisfied with his accommodations. We received the first notification from the guest on the 3rd day of their 4-night stay, to which we immediately put in the service order at 8:02 a.m. the guest called later in the day to follow up that engineering had not been by yet. At 5:34 p.m. that same day, we received the completed work order with the engineer's notes stating the temperature coming out of the register was 57 degrees, and the issue was resolved. It wasn't until two days after checking out the guest decided to call back and state it was still an issue. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and as soon as problems are reported they are immediately addressed.

Charged smoking fee when we did NOT Smoke.. there is a designated area. WHY would we smoke IN the condo if there are alarms? I AM A CANCER patient and am allowed to have marijuana in my person. What was burning was some Nag champa incense... it did seem weird that the master room was closed off. Place could have been cleaned a lil better. We've stayed at Honua Kai a few times with this being the last using VRBO.. what was supposed to be a Break in Treatment...turned into 500 dollars more than we expected.

Smoking of any kind and burning incense (which produces smoke) are prohibited inside the condo and on the lanais as clearly laid out in the rental contract, along with the minimum fine if this policy is broken by the guest. There are designated smoking areas around the resort if needed. It was brought to our attention by housekeeping that the condo had heavy amounts of marijuana smoke permeating the unit. Our staff, including myself, inspected the unit and found the smell so strong it was detectable in the hallway as well. Partially burnt marijuana pieces, and incense (which is also not permitted) were discovered in the condo and documented. As part of our policy and procedures, the dwelling required an extra deep clean to remove the strong odors left behind so that the next guest would be unaffected. As per the rental agreement on VRBO: "THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY and smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the property. Any degree of disregard to this condition is subject to a MINIMUM $500.00 CHARGE FOR DAMAGES.”

Great Place!

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in February. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos - maybe better! It truly is an ocean view (whales seen everyday from the balcony) and a mountain view (those west Maui mountains are gorgeous!). The kitchen was well stocked, and everything in the unit was spotless. The bathroom was very large and the shower is larger than it appears in the photos. There are 2 closets in the bedroom, which was great! I might suggest adding a few more hangers ;). The description of the unit says there is no safe, but there is a safe on the floor of one of the closets. The lanai is huge!!! There were a couple of afternoons that I spent in one of the lounge chairs catching some rays, and it was wonderful. It's covered enough to be out there when it rains, but faces the sun as well. The fully opening wall makes you feel so fancy! As for the property, it is very nice. We spent most days by the pool because it was so windy while we were there, going to the beach would have been a sandblast experience. But, we did utilize the beach chairs that are in the unit and spent one glorious day on the beach. The service at the pool is through Duke's, and could be better. The menu is limited, but tasty. I'd recommend maybe buying stuff and eating lunch in the room (saves a bit of money too :) ). We had a great time!!

Wonderful location

We loved this place! Everything we needed was available or within a short distance. The accommodation was clean and relaxing, and the property was well maintained.

Great resort!

Unit was clean and very roomy. As noted in other reviews, it’s actually a 2 bdrm, but rented as 1 (door to other bdrm is locked) so you have a larger living area which is a plus. Room has beach chairs, coolers, etc. as well. For those that can’t stand bar hand soap, they also supplied liquid hand soap (another plus in my book). AC is definitely fixed (from prior review). Just two things to note, there are no wine glasses in the unit and the view is more garden view vs an ocean view, although you do have a fairly good view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

My Maui Moment

Sitting on the large patio with my coffee, looking at the ocean at 7:15am and seeing a whale breach. The condo was well equipped and well maintained, and the property managers were very responsive. You will enjoy your time there!

The Honua Kai resort is located on the magnificent North Kaanapali Beach on the west side of Maui near Lahaina town. This resort has seven pools & numerous hot tubs you can enjoy during your stay, including a water slide! In each tower lobby there is a shop you can get snacks, drinks, amenities & more from. There is valet parking & bellhops to assist you as well as self parking available. Duke’s restaurant is onsite & offers pool service at the 3 main pools. There are BBQs throughout the resort for your use & easy access to the beach. Take a stroll down the beach path & enjoy snorkeling at airport beach or soak in a sunset over the water.
