Gite 4 is perfect for a couple or a single person. It is an end of terrace gite, that is part of a barn conversion, made of local honey coloured stone. It is situated in the beautiful Perigord Noir countryside. The gite is one of four gites in total, that share the communal facilities and 2 acre grounds.

Gite 4 has its own garden terrace area, accessed through a wooden arch, with some privacy from the other gites. The gite has its own barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs, outside sitting furniture, table with large parasol, and 2 sun loungers with a further parasol.
Downstairs the gite has an open plan living room with a well equipped kitchen area. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and all the utensils, crockery, cutlery and glass wear necessary for a happy and successful self catering holiday. There is a dining table and chairs, and a sofa in the living room area for watching television or simply relaxing and reading a book. There is also a DVD player. The living room has double doors opening out onto its south facing patio with a table and chairs.

The large upstairs bedroom has a double bed, bedroom furniture and an en-suite shower room with a hairdryer.

The communal facilities, for the sole use of guests staying in the gites, include a fenced 10m x 5m outside pool with sun loungers and parasols around.
There is a large open oak framed garden room with sofas and chairs, and a library area with DVD's, books and board games. There is a fitness room/gym with a multi-gym, free weights, bench and mats.
The table football can be found in the cabin.
Outside in the large garden there is also a 'Pitch and Putt' course, basketball net, mini tennis, football pitch, badminton, pétanque piste, boules, large trampoline and table tennis table. There is also a further communal barbecue area, with picnic bench and summer house.

The hammocks can be found at the far end of the garden and there are also many seats to be found in the large garden where you can simply relax in the shade and enjoy the beautiful garden and far reaching countryside views.
A washing machine is available in the laundry room for guests to use, along with irons, ironing boards and clothes airers.

There is ample private parking on-site and free Wifi.

Au Pré Vert is the perfect place for your holiday, having the ideal mix of personal space, and communal areas.
In total a maximum of 17 guests will be staying at any one time, so there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Located in a peaceful rural area, surrounded by ancient woodland and farmland. There are many beautiful and interesting walks from the house.

Au Pré Vert has many facilities and activities, all included in the price, to keep people of all ages entertained. There are also lakes and rivers with beaches within a 10 minute drive of the Au Pré Vert offering further options for water fun without any expense. Immerse yourself in the French culture visiting beautiful towns and villages, and exploring the traditional French markets.

Ideally situated for the best attractions of the Dordogne and the Lot regions. There is a popular Pizzeria in the village, less than 10 minutes walk from the gites. Au Pré Vert is 3km from two charming local restaurants, a mini supermarket and a great boulangerie.
Only 10km from Domme and 20km from Sarlat. There is a good range of large supermarkets 10km away at Gourdon and there are weekly markets selling delicious local produce held at the surrounding towns and villages.
