Everything went great. Check in was easy. Someone was at the property waiting for our arrival. Property was very clean. I love the master bedroom. It has amazing view of the city. Location is only walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants.
The apartment was a little difficult to find initially but after we did things went very smooth. Bianca was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us a lot of tips and recommendations. The location was great and we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. We used the metro and buses while there and had no issues. The apartment was a perfect base to come back to and the A/C was great! I would definitely stay here again.
This place was perfect for me and my two friends! The neighborhood was quiet and walking distance from the Vatican, shops and restaurants. The apartment felt safe and the three bathrooms were a convenience for three females who donât like to share bathrooms. We had privacy and great views from all the bedrooms. The check-in process was a bit difficult because the drop off location is different from the apartment address but it later made sense because we wouldâve had to climb steep stairs with luggage. Overall, the apartment was great, cozy and comfortable during out 12 day trip to Rome! FYI, there is no living room area but there is a kitchen and dining room.
Misleading Listing: Unsafe, Inconvenient, and Noisy Stay with Unresponsive Host
My experience with this property was far from satisfactory. The listing was misleading in several crucial ways. Firstly, the security of the building/gate was a major concern as there were semi functioning locks to ensure safety. Additionally, accessing basic amenities such as food or stores required climbing a daunting 110 stairs, which was both exhausting and impractical. The mold in the showers is a health issue which is why I left the property early. Read others reviews!Despite being advertised as a "quiet retreat," the property was anything but peaceful. Noise from neighbors' movements, street traffic, and an adjacent alley made it challenging to relax or rest. To make matters worse, the windows were poorly insulated, allowing air to leak through, further diminishing comfort during my stay.Equally frustrating was the lack of responsiveness from the designated point of contact. When issues were raised, there was a 24 hour lag to address or resolve the problems, leaving me feeling ignored and unsupported.Overall, this property failed to meet even the most basic expectations for a safe and comfortable stay. I cannot recommend it to others and hope the host takes immediate steps to improve the situation.
Spacious 3 BR/3BA apartment - perfect for our family of 5. Away from crazy downtown core, but close enough via public transport for easy access. Master suite with two walls of windows afforded great view of hour New Yearâs Eve fireworks from the comfort and warmth of a king bed. Host very responsive to fixing a minor plumbing issue. Lots of hills and steps so you will get a workout coming up from the metro!
We had 3 couples staying and we had our own bedroom w/ bathroom. No living room Area but the kitchen had a big enough table and chairs for the 6 of us. Good location and could walk to several attractions in the area. Would definitely stay again.
must use the address for the street above the property and the is no where close to eat you need to uber or cab everywhere other wise the place was fine and worked well
This property was just as advertised. It suited our family (3 teens and 2 parents) perfectly. The 49 bus stop was conveniently outside the property and the #46 was a 2 minute walk away. We used the bus service to access the center of Rome although we could have easily walked. Our stay was a short 3 day stay this combined with the oppressive August heat, we chose to use the public transit to get around. The metro was a quick 5 minute walk we used this to get to the Colosseum as it was easier and more direct than the bus. Many people have mentioned the number steps. We didn't find this a problem as it was not the only way to access the property. You do need to use these to get to the metro and the grocery store, but we did not find them an issue. The property is on the doorstep of the Vatican which was great as we spent our first day there and walked to the Vatican museum within minutes. We did have an issue with the sink in one of the bathrooms not draining but we contacted the host who came and fixed the issue on the day we reported it while we were out sightseeing. The property was air-conditioned which was much appreciated in the August heat. Additionally, the property comes with a well equipped kitchen so we were able to cut costs by making breakfast and lunches for our days out. We did not make any main meals, but there are enough pots, pans etcetera to do so if you wish. Overall a very pleasant stay, great communication with the hosts and we would definitely recommend.
This property is wonderful. The property manager went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. The location is great and we enjoyed the views! I didnât want to leave it!!
The property was just as described. It was clean, spacious and well located. The host that received us was very nice. Loved that it had a washing machine.
Perfectly located for our friends who had a tour of the Vatican almost immediately after landing. Graciously allowed to leave our luggage earlier than check in. Quiet area, however restaurants and shops were just around the corner. Greatly appreciated that there was a bathroom in each bedroom.
An outstanding location - great access to the Vatican, Metro and great community restaurants.
Overall a lovely location and great stay. We did have a broken door throughout our stay that was a little tricky to navigate - but the host was supposed to be working on fixing.
Great apartment - 3 queen bed each with it's own bath
We enjoyed our time in Rome. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The 111 steps to nearby restaurants and groceries can be challenging. The sunset from the balcony was amazing. Olivia checked us in and was very patient with our many questions since it was our first time in Rome. Thanks for a great stay.
