We arrived a little late at the studio apartment we rented for eight nights, but Annie the host was waiting and greeted us with open arms. Since the studio is on the fourth floor, she first showed us the way up the stairs and went down to carry our two suitcases up the lift. We walked through apartment and it was just as she described and the pictures posted. The bed was medium soft and the square pillows not too hard. My neck injury requires softer pillows, so I was happy. Wife loved the little kitchenette with two burners, microwave and small washer dryer combo. The weather in France in I’d October was warmer than usual, everybody said. It only rained once. We were lucky. Our excursions took us the Louvre, Eiffel, Monmartre, Montpasse, Versailles. We frequented The Smiths Bakery and restaurants in the Latin Quarter. But le Petite de Benoit nearby was favorite. Annie brought over croissants one morning and we chatted a bit. She wanted to make sure we were doing ok. I highly recommend her place.

J'ai passé 6 nuits incroyables dans l'appartement de Jean-Philippe. C'est un appartement neuf et très propre avec une excellente rénovation moderne. L'appartement est très inhabituel avec trois grandes baies vitrées et un balcon avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Vous trouverez ici tout ce dont vous avez besoin et même plus - une excellente vaisselle de qualité, un bon sèche-cheveux professionnel, un fer à repasser, une cafemachine Nespresso, un four à micro-Ondes, une bouilloire et une cuisinière à induction. Excellent lit confortable avec de bons draps.L'appartement a tout neuf et de très haute qualité, il n'y a pas de choses jetables bon marché. Système d'éclairage bien conçu, WiFi rapide. Vous ne devriez pas vous inquiéter du bruit de la rue-ce n'est tout simplement pas le cas, car les fenêtres sont très bonnes. Je viens à Paris depuis 11 ans et c'était sans doute le meilleur appartement! Un Grand Merci а Jean-Philippe! Je recommande à tout le monde!Я провела 6 потрясающих ночей в апартаментах Жана-Филиппа. Это новая, идеально чистая квартира с отличным современным ремонтом. Квартира очень необычная с тремя большими эркерными окнами и балконом с прекрасным видом на город. В квартире есть все, что вам нужно и даже больше - отличная качественная посуда, хороший профессиональный фен, утюг, кофемашина Неспрессо, микроволновая печь, чайник и индукационная плита. Кровать удобная с отличным постельным бельем.Квартира имеет все новое и очень качественное, в ней нет дешевых одноразовых вещей. Хорошо продумана система освещения, быстрый вай-фай. Не переживайте из-за шума с улицы - его просто нет, так как окна плотные и поглощают шум. Я приезжаю в Париж на протяжении последних 11 лет и это без сомнения была лучшая квартира! Большое Спасибо Жан-Филлип! Рекомендую каждому!

Accueil parfait, lieu charmant et apaisant.

This home was in a fantastic location. It was quiet and peaceful, yet steps away from exciting Paris street life. The home was well-equipped and communication was excellent. It was a wonderful place to come back to after a busy day in Paris.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, nos journées étaient bien remplies et pour sublimer le tout le soir nous rentrions nous reposer dans un petit nid douillet , il ne manquait rien Merci à Chris pour son accueil Je recommande Martine

My Husband and I travelled to Paris for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. We stayed at this apartment just under 2 weeks and it was perfect. We really wanted to have this true quintessential Parisian experience and it delivered. The view is to die for especially at night so grab a bottle of wine and enjoy. The apartment had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean, the bed very comfortable and seeing it was situated on a busy street it was very quiet. It was perfectly situated for sight seeing as everything was very accessible and walking distance from the apartment. The metro line 1 is just outside the apartment which was so convenient. Our hosts Jean-Michel and Nicole where so accommodating, it was just so lovely to meet them. Leading up to staying, communication with Jean-Michel was brilliant. He answered all my question and was very helpful. Thank you Jean-Michel and Nicole for making our stay so perfect. We most certainly will be returning to this beautiful apartment.
