Everything in this property was beyond expectations: cotton bed sheets, extra pillows, clean, well maintained apartment. We could not find an iron but it was a minor thing. The key lock box was very convenient. Location of the apartment was superb. Really enjoyed our stay. Wished we stayed longer.

Great location, proximate to train station and everything we wanted to see in town. Very clean and well equipped with coffee and toiletries. So close to everything and yet quiet at night. We'll def stay here again.

The apartment is small but has everything you could possibly need for a short stay. I only wish the shower had a curtain for a bit more privacy. The location couldn’t be better—it’s close to everything, yet at the same time very quiet. The management was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Pauline was amazing and looked after us so well. The estate is gorgeous and cozy at the same time. Perfect proximity to a lot of restaurants and wineries in Vosne Romanee. My only negative is that I should have stayed longer!

This is the THE place to stay in Dijon. The hotel was a wonderful apartment like space. Large living area and kitchen and wonderful bedrooms and shower. Check in was easy and the view from the room overlooking the street is excellent. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Unable to leave luggage as check in was exactly at 3 pm. Not a minute earlier. Narrow steps to the suite. Place was cute and clean. Bed a little hard plus the pillows. Location was great.

An excellent apartment, so well located, right by the centre of Dijon, seemed like 10 minutes or less to get anywhere. It was during a heat wave but our bedroom had air o and there were two fans, including a very effective Dyson fan in the living kitchen area. The bed was comfortables, the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, except for one, which was a surprise in Dijon - no corkscrew. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Lovely, renovated, clean , modern apt. We especially liked the outdoor seating. Walking distance to explore beautiful Dijon. Only small negative is that the only toilet is on the mainfloor, and the bedroom is on the upper floor. Just a bit odd and not convenient in the middle of the night. Otherwise, all was great! Overall we enjoyed the property. The location was ideal for getting around town. It was quiet and relaxing. Given we are a bit older, it did get tricky given the toilette was on a separate floor from the bedrooms. If stairs are a challenge, this would not be an ideal location as there is no lift/elevator. The two bedrooms are connected to one bathroom on the second level (no toilette on this level). The space was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Great location, lovely accomodation, felt like we stole the night - the value for money was almost too good Dijon was lovely, recommend the 314 for a classy dinner too. Would stay again

Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Parking ($8/day) garage a five minute walk away. However it is very congested during the day with pedestrians and scooter bikes everywhere. Limited kitchen utensils, towels, and fridge space so ask before bookings in all, a very good option for exploring intensive.

We stayed in the PomPom room. The apartment was beautiful! It was nice to have a comfortable couch and TV to relax after traveling around France in smaller rooms. Everything appeared updated and looked great. A few small comments—the water pressure in the shower was very low and there was not a corkscrew in the kitchen, but these are small issues. Location was a 10minute walk

The large apartment feels well used and need lots of small but essential improvements in order to meet the equivalent of basic hotel standards. Toilet downstairs is also a major problem, exceptionally inconvenient. The online support is very limited to almost unhelpful. Location wad great and bed and shower was good. It’s very strange not to have shampoo and shower gel provided separately.

This was an interesting choice. Not really a STR not really a hotel. Fair value for the amount of space - but fairly run-of-the-mill - the discount big-blue-box mill. Kitchen lacked simple amenities like salt and pepper - the cupboard was bare! The spiral staircase was questionable at best. Nighttime bathroom visits were precarious. Didn’t have to pay a cleaning fee - that’s a plus.

The Lily Studio is nice enough, but should not be rented by anyone over 5'5" as the door is tiny and ceilings slanted, my husband bumped his head very badly entering while carrying bags. Also, there is no elevator, and the narrow spiral staircase is very hard to carry bags up - recommend this particular unit for smaller younger folks. Also - though not too far from train station or from town center, it is in an odd area that had several homeless people hanging around, and the entryway to the place was dark and dingy.
