The room was fine for a night. It was a little run down and the battery was removed from the smoke alarm. The sink was stopped up and debris in the sink. I asked about it and they said that a maintenance person could take care of it in the morning. My kids wanted to swim in the pool but couldnât because there was a layer of dirt and mud on the bottom. The area was quiet and we did get a decent nights sleep.
Honestly itâs pretty much what you expect for a days inn, the woman at the front desk was very sweet but I believe it was her son was kinda rude. I also didnât know there was a cemetery right on the other side of the wall of our room. We sanitized the whole room ourselves, we also had to take the shower curtain off because it was covered in mold and smelt like pee. I wouldnât personally ever stay here again. But I didnât expect anything more to be honest
Check-in staff (middle-aged lady) was unusually non-communicative and impersonal. Maybe she was just having a bad day.
In-room coffee cups and stir stick were not sealed.
Stairway and 2nd floor landing was badly liquid stained...and in need of a good power wash.
Noise from Hwy 101...too close.
Included free breakfast was very limited,..as verified by a sign on the counter.
