Le temps s'est arrêté dans cet hôtel qui n' à pas été rénové depuis au moins 40 ans. Le petit déjeuner est symbolique , la clim est inefficace et bruyante, la salle de bain en décrépitude , la piscine d'une propreté douteuse.Pour trouver un restaurant il faut faire des km.

This was a non smoking room but it reeked of smoke. I did talk to the front desk and didn’t ask to be moved but they said it was because the room next door was a smoking room. Maybe separate the rooms ? All else was great

Noise and promises

I was put next to 4 people that stayed up yelling and cursing until midnight. The next day I told the manager I was not going to hear that another night and he said he would refuned my second night, but that did not happen.

This motel isn't the most fancy place in town but the few times ive stayed there it was very clean, quiet and comfy! In addition the lady who im presuming is one of the owners is always nice and easy to work with if you have any problems or requests!

COPS WERE CALLED

First room choice smelled horrible of smoke and the lamp was almost falling out of the wall. Quickly got a second room which was nice, but two grown men decided to fight in front of my kids. Later cops showed up because of blatten drug use and more rough housing and noise. It was so hot in the second room that it took well over 4 to cool the room. IMO honestly think the cold air was going right out the door. (see photos) Main light in room didn't work and the bathroom was horrible with no normal light and 2 heat lamps in Arizona!?!? Called to complain to hotels.com and they contacted the manager who offered a completed refund if we left immediately, with my 6 & 7 years old children.... Worst service ever actually turned in room key for fear of some random charge. Only good thing about that room was the new fridge because the cable kept coming in and out of service. This part of Arizona is open for the most part but they still aren't providing a grab and go breakfast or the pool. Received advice from a person who had been staying longer there and he said "If you have locks, use them!!"

room had faux wood floors and new bed spread which was nice. beds comfortable. toilet ran the whole 2 days and was not fixed. area not the best. worst part BED BUGS. now I have to debug my own home because they came home with me

checked in for 3 days while the electric work was being worked on my house. Check in was alright, but as soon as I got in the room, it looked NOTHING like the pictures, very beat up and dingy. As the day got later, the parade of sketchy people staying there started. Drug deals outside my room and people coming./going all night, left 2 days early as I didn't feel safe.

Better on the curb then this days inn

It was dirty and the front desk was no help other than switching my room to nothing but the same and wouldnt give me a later check out considering i worked all night till morning 5am so no accommodation whats so ever. Thats what i get for not getting something worth the stay

The property itself was clean and looked nice. Inside the bathroom area could use some work. Underneath the bathroom sink looked like a patch job was done not very well. Then in the shower/toilet room the ceiling above the shower had mold and the shower head and faucet didn’t work completely right. I was mostly annoyed with the fact that I had booked the hotel for 188/night w/o taxes. When I looked online again (for the exact same night) found a rate of just 138/night w/o tax.

The place was in disrepair. The door lock looked like it could just pop out. The air/heater knobs were broken, the screen was ripped the wall behind the door had a piece of plywood where it was clear the door knob had swung back and damaged the wall and the kitchen had different color paint. The bathroom ceiling had clear water damage. no option for not getting towels changed every day.

Beware! Don't waste your money here!

Non-smoking room still smelled like smoke, especially when the air conditioner was turned on. Burn holes in both bedspreads and blankets. The room was horrible! Graffiti on the back of the door, stains on the walls, sheets, lamp shades, mirror. No battery in the smoke alarm. Red stains in the shower, the bathroom door was cracked on both sides, the towel bar was ripped out of the wall, the exhaust fan was falling out of the ceiling. You couldn't plug anything into the outlets, as the plugs would fall out. The chest was pushed against the wall to hold the TV and cable plugs in. The microwave had a big crack in it and the hair dryer had a big hair sticking out of it. Sketchy and gross. Plus you could hear the traffic at night. Couldn't switch rooms as they were sold out and we got there late on Friday. There also wasn't a clock/alarm in the room. The only positive was the lady was very nice when I checked in.

The room was old and outdated. The towels and linens were dirty and stained. When I asked for clean towels the replacements were just as bad. The walls were all filthy along with the floors. The doors looked to be chewed by a dog. Bathroom shelves fell on me when I took a towel from them. The main door had the lock replaced and you could see into the room through a hole left from the old lock. The parking situation was bad. The pool was dirty the water looked cloudy. Both toilet paper and tissue paper were almost empty since day one, ran out of both on day two asked for more and never got any and housekeeping obviously never came in since they were never replaced.

Very disappointed

The room didn’t even have 1 picture on the wall, so it was less than inviting. The bathroom had 2 thin bath towels for 2 of us. There were cracks in the floor tiles and cracks in the walls. The bed and the television didn’t even line up with each other, so it was hard to lie in bed and see the tv. The bed was rock hard. It said continental breakfast. It consisted of coffee, 2 kinds of juice, white bread you could toast. Muffins that probably came out of a package. Chocolate donuts that I am sure came out of a box. 2 kinds of cold cereal, and instant oatmeal that could only be made with hot water. If you wanted to microwave it you had to take it back to your room.

The whole property is old and carpets are old and nasty looking and smelling bad. Hotel needs renovation...was not pleased.

The managers were kind and allowed us to check in about 1 1/2 hrs early. They were reasonable on pet fees and hotel is pet friendly. Surprisingly quiet. Bedding and room were sketchy. Room description on Expedia stated it was nonsmoking. One of the bed's blanket had obvious cigarette burn hole toward head of bed. Smoke detector on ceiling above beds had been completely removed with wires hanging down. No sprinkling system in room in case of fire and no fire extinguisher in room. Room smelled like cigarettes. For $149, it would be nice if room and bedding were in better shape with necessary LEGALLY REQUIRED updates.
