Elegance on the harbour with magnificent views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge & Opera House. You canât beat the location with the harbour right at your doorstep. Ferry & bus terminal right in front, ferry to the City, Pyrmont Bay or Sydney Olympic Park. Open plan and stylish decor with ceiling fans and dishwasher. Coin operated laundry facilities, parking for 1 car, two lifts, heated pool* and BBQ area*. Please note the pool area is currently closed for remedial repairs. Pool towels are NOT SUPPLIED. Extra guests accepted ON REQUEST ONLY with a charge of $50 pp/pn. Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES AND NO SMOKING. NO AIRCONDITIONING.
PLEASE NOTE: there will be no parking access from Monday 18 to Wednesday 27 August due to urgent repairs to the entry driveway. Please see photos for full details.
The second lift should be completed and operational from 15th August 2025, which will mean 2 new lifts in operation.
Resort style building includes reception, level access to the heated swimming pool* (which may or may not be heated at the time) and BBQ* beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site undercover parking. The apartment is just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD.
The apartment is located on level 4 with magnificent views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House as well as a tranquil green atmosphere surrounded by palms.
Please be sure to remove any tanning lotions, greasy creams or oils thoroughly to avoid damaging the sheets and towels.đ„Ž
There is a SOFA BED for the second bed but the LINEN needs to be ORDERED in ADVANCE and is at an EXTRA charge.
Extra guests accepted ON REQUEST with a charge of $50 pp/pn (4 person maximum).
You will feel like the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House are at your fingertips as you work in the kitchen or relax on the luxurious sofa and dining table.
Living area has dining table, comfy sofa and easy chair and TV.
Full kitchen, totally equiped with gas oven and cooktop, microwave (neatly tucked away inside a cupboard) and everything you need for nights at home, including a fabulous view!
The bedroom has a tranquil setting with a comfortable Queen sized bed and lots of wardrobe space.
Modern spacious bathroom.
Parking* for one car is in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark
Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 5 unless in use.
$3 wash $3 dryer - takes $1 coins.
Dispose of garbage in the laundry room which is the room in front of the lift with the level number on it.
Enjoy the wonderful Harbour front pool* and BBQ* area.
