This 3-storey townhouse has a living area, dining area, kitchen, and outdoor space. The ground floor is the foyer area leading to the first floor.
The first floor has the living area, kitchen, and a sofa bed where a guest can sleep (additional charge for sofa bed linen).
The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating for six. On the balcony, you will find comfortable outdoor furniture to bask in the sun.
The second floor contains the first bedroom with a king-size bed and the main bathroom, followed by another second bedroom. The upper floors are accessed by stairs only.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
The property has an electronic door code for easy access, removing the hassle of keys.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
This home is located in a development of townhouses with permanent residents and rental homes. It is within walking distance of highly rated cafes such as C4 Coffee and restaurants like Smokey T’s.
The popular Chinese supermarket Oriental Warehouse is just across the road.
Anytime Fitness, a 24-hour gym is a walk away from the house.
The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.
This property comes with an off-street carpark space.
On street parking is also available and is free outside the development but can often be full during the day.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
