Enjoy outdoor dining in the private backyard. Positioned just beside Latimer Square and New Regent Street, and only a short walk to a variety of cafes and restaurants in central Christchurch. This spacious home boasts an open-plan design that effortlessly blends the kitchen, living, and dining areas. From here, step out into a charming outdoor space—perfect for savoring your morning coffee in the fresh air. The living room also includes a cozy sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to two additional guests (please note, there may be an extra charge depending on the number of guests selected).

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, featuring modern appliances, cookware, and essential items like salt, pepper, and sugar. We’ve also added thoughtful extras such as instant and plunger coffee, a variety of teas, drinking chocolate, milk, and sweet treats.
• Dining Area
The dining table comfortably seats 4, providing ample space for everyone to enjoy meals together.
• Comfortable Bedrooms
Relax in the luxurious Queen-sized beds, complete with plush toppers and freshly laundered linens. We ensure all bedding is prepared for your arrival, so you can rest easy.
The living room sofa bed features a double mattress and can accommodate up to 2 extra guests.

Stay connected with fast, reliable Wi-Fi—perfect for working remotely or streaming your favorite shows.
• Entertainment
The living room includes a 50" smart TV, where you can enjoy live programs or log into your favorite streaming services for endless entertainment.

Each floor features a full bathroom conveniently located just beside the bedroom, ensuring easy access and added privacy. The 2nd bedroom, located on the third floor, has its own ensuite bathroom for added convenience. All bathrooms come fully equipped with:

○ Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels

Located near Latimer Square and New Regent Street, just a short walk to a wide variety of cafes and restaurants in central Christchurch.
Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
The house is a 3-Storey Property. Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.
This house is a single level property. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs depending on the availability. There is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. Extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
