The open plan living and dining area is the perfect space for everyone to come together and enjoy each other's company. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed appliances including a gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher.

The study on the first floor is locked and not available for guests use.

The private west-facing garden boasts an outdoor setting & BBQ that is perfect for al fresco dining and outdoor entertaining.

Features include central heating, separate laundry with washer and dryer and guest toilet and a large screen Samsung Art Screen Smart TV and fast wifi.

Parking permit are provided for the free all day on street parking right outside the front door.

The house is strictly a No Parties, No Noise and No Smoking.
Guests are allowed visitors but absolutely no parties.
Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbours and noise at all times.
Guests can smoke outside on the rear outdoor deck but please dispose of the butts and ash thoughtfully.
Well behaved pets are welcome.
