This is a four-story house located in the heart of Hanoi, not an apartment. Each room occupies its own floor, and the kitchen is conveniently situated on the 2nd floor. The property was fully renovated in July 2024, giving it a fresh, modern appearance.

đ„ A 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake (Sword Lake).
đ„ A 2-minute walk to CGV Cinema.
đ„ A 2-minute walk to Hanoi Opera House.

â 04 PRIVATE rooms, each features a Double bed, AC & heating system, windows to get fresh air and natural light. The entire house is perfect for 8 adults. If you are a group of 10, we can provide an extra mattress.

âïž Please dispose of trash in the bin provided inside the homestay.
âïž Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. You may smoke on the balcony and kindly clean up any cigarette butts.
âïž Laundry service is available at 35,000 VND per kilogram of clothing (winter clothes not included). Please note, laundry service is not available for one-night bookings.
âïž Early check-in or late check-out: If you would like to check in early or check out late, please let us know your preferred time. Weâll also guide you on where to leave your luggage if needed.
âïž The voltage in Vietnam is 220V. If you need to use 110V equipment, please bring an adapter to convert from 220V to 110V.
âïž Please wait at least 10 minutes to ensure there's enough hot water. Remember to turn it off after use to avoid any accidents.
âïž If you have a motorbike or car, please contact us for guidance on nearby parking options, as we do not have on-site parking.
