Noise

âą Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum after 9 PM to respect neighbours.
âą Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour at any time is not allowed
No smoking or vaping
âą Smoking or vaping (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana, chew tobacco, or any other substances) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
âą Violation will result in a $600 cleaning fee.
Pets
âą Up to two well-behaved pets allowed with prior approval; $200 pet fee per stay.
âą Pets must not be left unattended inside the house.
âą Bring your petâs bedding and feeding bowls; clean up after pets in the yard.
âą Any damage caused by pets will incur additional charges.
âą Unapproved pets will result in a $600 fine.
Cancellation

1, Our backyard includes natural terrain such as steep slopes and uneven ground, which may pose risks. To maintain a seamless connection between the outdoor space and the stunning natural landscape, there is no standard height railing in the backyard. Please exercise caution, especially in low-light conditions.
2, Parents must supervise children at all times in the backyard. Children should never be left unattended anywhere on the property.
3, Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions while on the property.

By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1, You acknowledge the risks associated with the property and agree to release the host from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring within the property area (indoor & outdoor).

3, You release the Releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that you or your next of kin may suffer in connection with your use of the property, regardless of cause, including negligence on the part of the Releasees.
