The space

Downstairs has a bedroom with a double bed, open plan living/dining area with 60" smart TV's (Netflix included). At the heart of the home is huge kitchen with an island breakfast bar that fully equipped with kitchen appliances. Complete with a bathroom; butler pantry and laundry room.

Upstairs accommodation comprises 4 well-proportioned bedrooms, all of which are with built-in wardrobes. Master bedroom has a king side bed and its own ensuite with hot tub, shower & toilet while opening to a balcony. The other 3 bedrooms all with double beds, and sharing a main bathroom with hot tub, shower & toilet.

The backyard is a huge outdoor area with kitchen, outdoor dinning, sun lounge and swimming pool; combined with fresh air in the garden create a unique and enjoyable environment to spend with your family.

Complete with internal access to a remote double garage parking plus plenty of off-street parking.

The rooms are professionally cleaned with the utmost details.

Additional features include ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout, fenced boundary for your privacy, security alarm, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and blanket, washing machine & drying machine. The house was big and clean, and the host was pleasant to deal with and accommodating with an early check-in. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were not clean, which was very disappointing as this feature was the reason we booked our Christmas stay at this property, to have our little ones use it. There were also big delays in communication with the host.Overall though, it was good time for a family of 9.

Perfect for the whole family

Plenty of space for three generations of family to holiday together. Easy drive into the city, close to shops and parks. House has everything you need (even things you didn't know you needed!) Pool was a highlight.We will be back again!

Great Location

The house is located just 2.mins walk to the beach and not much further to shops, cafes and restaurants. The host was accommodating and allowed us early avcess. access to the house slightly early

Katie (Oanh) the host was brilliant at responding to our needs. She communicated with us before our stay as well. I came with my family ( 9 of us staying) for 15 nights as we had my wedding and birthday. The house was clean and so was the pool , the bbq facilities were good too. Very spacious property. We had 2 cars and there was plenty of parking. Located walking distance from supermarket beach and petrol station. Lots of eateries nearby too. I would stay again.

The host was amazing. Easy communication. Very generous with supplies which is rare. Property needs a few additions or upgrades but in general we had a great stay. Very clean. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful

Absolutely beautiful in every way. We stayed 3 nights. Beds were comfy, everything was provided, amenities and all were supplied to us. The kids spent most of the time in the pool, and beach right across from the house we were able to go for strolls to the beach. Best part of all was Katie our host she was wonderful and communicated throughtout! Thank yiu Katie

The house was clean but needed som maintenance. Problem was I am 87 with one of my family legally blind. I read previous reviews that the pool was unclean. I wrote to host and stressed twice that we wanted the pool clean. No response. 10 minutes after we checked in the host sent a message that we could not use pool with a broken gate. Disappointing. However the pool and its surrounds were dirty with remnants of burst balloons, broken children’s toys and obviously had not been cleaned for some time. Shabby to say the least. We took the house for the pool and it was very disappointing. We will not take this house again.

This property is in a great location just around the corner from the bay- very walkable.The house is large - however there were many maintenance issues and the house was tidy - but not clean - with wet towels left in the laundry cupboard. The oven had issues , toilet roll holders falling off the wall.There had been broken glass in the outdoor area - this was not properly swept up from previous guests - which required me to sweep and clean before it was safe to use the outside area. The owner is aware the pool gate does not self close and there is no safety sign.We did not have access to the garage- as per the listing. This was very inconvenient especially when we had a power outage - having to wait more then 1 1/2 hrs for the cleaner to get access to reset the power box in the garage.Communication with the owner was mostly a few hours delayed. If the maintenance and cleaning issues are addressed- this would have been a lovely place to stay - hopefully the owner will do so prior to the next guests staying .

Would not recommend staying at this property. False advertising, lack of honesty. Pool and spa were filthy and when I enquired with the host, I was only then informed that they were off limits and unusable due to a broken pool gate. Kitchen stove was faulty, turned on but did not heat up. Fridge took a while to cool. Dirty pans with old food still caked on. Both showers in main bathroom and en-suite leaked water from under shower door which flooded the floors. Dirty towels on stairwell to garage. Have been informed by host I will get a refund, I’m yet to receive a cent. Was definitely not a happy, peaceful stay… big disappointment.
