The home features three well-appointed bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: A luxurious queen-sized bed with a full built-in robe, complemented by two bedside tables and a tall boy. Enjoy direct access to the front verandah through your own private entrance.

Second Bedroom: Another queen-sized bed with built-in robes and bedside tables on either side, offering a serene view of the enclosed backyard.

Third Bedroom: Ideal for the kids, with two single beds designed for a cozy and fun space.

The bathroom layout is thoughtfully separated into distinct areas: a shower and bath, a separate toilet, and a wash basin/vanity, ensuring convenience and privacy. The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a full-sized sink, plus a door leading directly to the enclosed backyard.
