The fully enclosed backyard has to offer a large undercover seating area with outdoor gas heater to keep you toasty in Winter and large BBQ, large grass area for kids to kick the ball around or play with the outdoor games that have been provided at the property.



The home is situated just across the road to a playground, basketball ring / netball ring, for the kids to burn some energy off before the sun goes down.
