Le «Nid d'Osprey» est l'escapade parfaite pour se détendre. Entouré par des eaux turquoises cristallines, une pêche de classe mondiale, des plages de sable de sucre et une atmosphère insulaire de la «vieille Floride», vous vous sentirez restauré et ravi.

Nous aimons notre maison et invitons les invités à partager les levers de soleil et les couchers de soleil ardents! Situé directement à côté du célèbre col de Boca Grande, à la pointe sud de l'île, avec une vue imprenable privée sur le parc d'État et le phare historique du golfe et de l'île Gasparilla.
Profitez d'une promenade de dix minutes en voiturette de golf dans de charmantes boutiques du centre-ville et de nombreux restaurants. Le «Nid d'Osprey» offre toutes les commodités pour préparer un repas gastronomique ou une soirée à griller sous les étoiles. Better than advertised

Our stay was wonderful. Very nice finishes throughout the house and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The views are even better in person than they are in the photos.

Nice house that is comfortable with good bedrooms, great bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor space. Location is away from town, which makes it a bit quieter and still plenty of beach access steps away. Would rent again!

We had such an amazing time in Boca Grande due to staying in this beautiful home! It allows easy access to the beach, close to everything yet peaceful, stocked with anything for your needs, and the most amazing views from the 3 balcony's that give access to the most beautiful sunsets. A must stay!

Perfect Vacation

We had a perfect week in Boca Grande, and this house played a huge role in that. It was absolutely wonderful for our group of 8. We could walk to the beach----plenty of manatees and the fishing was excellent. I wish that South Beach had re-opened in time for our visit, but we missed it by a couple of weeks. That would have been perfect for lunches and dinners. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic weekend!

We were thrilled to be able to stay in this wonderful home. The accommodations were spacious, clean, well-lit, comfortable, and inviting. The house is relatively private as it's on the short strip of houses right at the end of the island, and you have very close access to the beach just a few steps away. From some other rooms at the top of the house you could even see the beach which was great for us with young kids. We were able to go back and forth between the cool of the house and the hot fun of the beach while being able to somewhat keep an eye on everything.The check-in process was great, and we had no issues, the house is as advertised. A great find, we would love to come back.

Fun at the Beach

had a great time. Location great, beaches perfect, house very functional and the decks are outstanding. Only issue we had was the rugs on the floors slipped very easily. Suggest you put down some rubber backing to eliminate any slipping accidents.

Great beach getaway

The house was perfect for our group of 8 (two families). Plenty of room for everyone with the 4 bedrooms. We loved being just several houses from the beach. Very convenient for walking to the beach. We set up our tent and chairs on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed it. We cooked most meals at the house. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. There is a great breeze on the decks with a nice view of the water.

Fantastic house in perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean, well appointed, very comfortable, and perfect for our family — and no one got stuck in a "kid room" :) The covered porches were great for afternoon reading, the ship's watch had a great view, and the walk to the beautiful beach was easy peasy. We found Boca Grande to be just our speed, low key and quiet. Everyone we spoke to was nice, and even though it was right before the 4th weekend, we didn't find anywhere to be too busy. Don't miss South Beach for dinner, it was the best food we had on the island. We would happily return here, and I hope we get the chance to!

The house was great. The pictures don't do it justice. The interior is very good and whilst there was only 2 of us I can imagine with 8 it would still feel roomy. The balconies were great. It is much closer to the beach than you think, you could hear the waves! And finally whilst it looks a little far from town it is is no longer than 5mins by car or golf cart. A real gem. I would stay again!

Gorgeous beachfront home

We had a fabulous week! The house couldn’t be closer to the beach—very easy to run back up to the house to grab something or cool off for a bit. The outdoor shower was very nice and very useful. Having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was perfect for our big family. The window treatments kept the light out and allowed us to sleep in. We appreciated the generous supply of beach towels. We will return! Thank you!

Boca Grande Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this property ! We were very impressed with how clean everything was and how quiet it was. Being so close to the beach made it a breeze to run back up to the house to get anything ! I will definitely stay again whenever we are back down there.

We enjoyed hearing the ocean, playing at the beach, seeing the tarpon fishing boats from the porches and being walking distance to South Beach for cold drinks and amazing fresh seafood. A very special area for making memories with our children!

Beautiful home!

My family and I loved this home and we will be back again! The house was absolutely lovely. It is newly renovated home, decorated in a beautiful beach decor, and very well kept. The layout in the home is perfect, with a dining area for six and a spacious kitchen. The balconies have the most incredible views of the sunset. There is a lot of detail put into this home and you can see it every where you look. Boca Grande is a hidden gem and a must see! Thank you to Brittany and family…We had the best family vacation!!

Christmas 2021 family vacation

We absolutely loved everything about Osprey Nest!! The owners could not have been more pro-active and available. We had zero problems. The weather was perfect and everything about the house worked perfectly. Lots of beach chairs and plenty of towels. The house was extremely clean and very well appointed. We can't wait to return!!

Wonderful thanksgiving week!

We were 7 people- 4 adults and 3 kids and we all loved our stay at the Osprey Nest in Boca Grande! Steps to the beach and the Lighthouse State Park and Museum- we just walked across the street !! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed watching the sunset from our front porch! The house is gorgeous - 4 suites on 2 floors , plenty of room to spread out ! Can’t wait to come back❤️

Our love affair with Gasparilla Island all stars with a Spartan vacation in 1975 to Punta Gorda Florida. On a tip from friends, we ventured over the bridge in a rickety old green VW bug. It was love at first sight. The October sun was warm and the beaches and downtown deserted. Only pelicans, shore birds and turtle nests dotted the shoreline. And when the sun set a quiet and beautiful darkness enveloped the island.

From that moment on Boca was our getaway destination. For several years we lodged off island. Eventually the low season was affordable and we began to stay on island.

That experience enticed is to bring down Mother. She would rise at sunrise and head to the beach for sea shell finds. The birth of our two children made BOCA a “home away from home”. Many fun walks down Banyan street, ice cream from Loose Caboose, and Hudson’s grocery store runs kept us busy and well fed. Pick up games with other kids at the community center broadened our ideas. Nothing could pull us away: not Disneyworld, the Everglades, nor the glamour of Naples.

BOCA is home. Nothing else even comes close. ❤️
