Enjoy a remarkable lakefront townhouse with great views of Shuswap Lake and resort's private beach.
Scotch Creek is a premier Shuswap Lake location close to hiking, boating, white water rafting (Adams Lake), and many other activities in the area of the North ShuswapâŠor relax by the lake and resort's exclusive pool and hot tub. The resort is very family oriented and fun for the whole family, make memories that last!
The North Shuswap offers: championship golf courses, mini golf, zip-lining, wineries, hiking, off-road trails, cliff jumping, and premier Shuswap Lake-front
Some highlights include: walkout suite to the resort's private beach, which is fully furnished and supplied with the basics for cooking, cleaning, playing, and relaxing.
This unit includes all three floors of the townhouse, two bedrooms plus a loft, and one of the largest in the community. The unit sleeps up to eight people comfortably, and offers a master bedroom (queen bed), guest room (queen bed), and a loft (twin bunk beds plus a futon), full ensuite, guest bathroom, and a half bath on the main floor. The unit has a well stocked kitchen and dining area overlooking the living room with a view of the lake and beach area. The home is also equipped with in-unit laundry, storage, and three private deck and patio areas with a large BBQ.
The bedrooms include bedding, closets (apart from the loft), and all the bedroom furniture you need to enjoy your stay.
The main bathroom and ensuite have all basics to cover your needs for your stay such as toilet paper, soap, beach towels, and bath towels.
The kitchen is stocked with all supplies needed to enjoy a meal with family and friends, including basic spices, dish soap, paper towel, garbage bags, pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates, margarita blender, oven mitts, oven pans, sugar, wine/bottle opener, coffee maker, oil, foil, dish rack, scrubber, bounce sheets, dishwasher pods, laundry soap and other basics you may need during your stay.
Beside the kitchen is a large dinning area overlooking the living room and the patio. The living room is equipped with beer fridge, modest stereo and TV, full sized sofa, and a single chair, and overlooks the walk out patio and beach area. On the patio is all the outdoor furniture youâll need, including two beach lounge chairs, and a propane BBQ (plumbed so changing tanks is not required).
Downstairs you will find a storage area in the unfinished basement, and it is equipped with life jackets and a few beach toys for your use during your stay.
The resort is in a great quiet area away from main roads and the noise of Scotch Creek. There is ample parking out front for visitors, one parking pass (an additional pass is available outside of July & August), along with a secure storage compound for boats or additional vehicles if needed. The unit comes with the use of a buoy (one of several for the resort on a first come first serve basis, but not known to ever fill up), there are also other options in the area such as daily/weekly moorage at captains village marina. There are many boat launches in the area, the closest one being beside the complex in Shuswap Lake Provincial Park.
The pool and hot tub are usually open from May long weekend to thanksgiving weekend. The private beach is one of the sandiest in the area, all the better to enjoy the lake.
Located within minutes of Scotch Creek and right beside Shuswap Lake Provincial Park there are many of amenities such as pubs, cafes, grocery stores, liquor stores, marinas for marine rentals, and wineries.
In the winter Crowfoot Mountain, Adams Plateau, along with other sledding attractions are close by, and you are about 1.5 hours from quality ski hills (Sun Peaks, Big White, Silverstar and Revelstoke) and back country skiing
