Our Space
We're delighted to share our holiday apartment with you. The apartment offers stunning ocean views from every room.
The blinds have been thoroughly cleaned, though they are older and show some wear and marks. We are in the process of installing new ones.
We have air conditioners in every room.
All bedrooms are also equipped with fans for your comfort.
We chose the comfort of air-conditions over updating the bathrooms, so the bathrooms are older but have been maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. We plan to update these in the future.
The apartment includes the following amenities:

LED TV with Smart TV in the living room and in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed + 1 Single Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Single Bed + 1 Single Bunk Bed
This is more of a dorm-style room. We decided to do this rather than have a sofa bed or mattresses on the floor so that everyone gets a good quality bed. It is particularly good for a group if you have children who can all bunk in together.
Note that there is only a tallboy for clothes storage, but the other two rooms have large wardrobes that can be shared. There is also a window between the kitchen and this bedroom. There is a blind that blocks out the light and provides privacy, which is accessible via the bedroom.

Supermarket is a 200-meter walk
Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes
A minute walk to Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre
1 block to the light rail station
2 blocks to the beach
Guest Access:
You will have the entire apartment to yourself.
Our check-in hour is at 2 pm, and our check-out hour is at 10am. An earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.

There is 1 free car on-site which straightforward to access with your guest key. Please note it is an older building, and the car park is in the basement and has a strict maximum height of *1.7 meters. If you have a larger-than-usual car or roof rack, it is likely you won't be able to use the car park. Street parking is 3 hour limit between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday and free with no limits on weekends.
Your key pickup is via a lockbox at the property . Details will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.

We provide:
Fresh towels, linen, and sheets from a professional linen service to ensure hygiene and quality. The cost for this service and cleaning is set at $280 per stay due to the high number of beds we offer. We do not make any money on this we only charge you what we are charged.
Early check-in or late check-out when available.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighborhood, and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors. The following strict House Rules apply:
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
No parties or antisocial behavior
No additional people are to stay overnight at the apartment
No smoking is allowed at any time
If you break something, please let us know
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals, or screaming, or antisocial behavior in the property or common areas can cause neighbors to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers, or Police.
IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction from the property.
When Checking Out, We Kindly Ask You for the Following:
Please leave all beds unmade
Please clean up your dishes.
In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
Please ensure all appliances, A/C, and lights are off, and doors and windows are closed
Lockout during weekday business hours (9 am to 5 pm), we may arrange for an additional key (if available) at an extra charge of $50.00 AUD. After hours/weekends, a locksmith will have to be arranged, which can cost up to $250.00 AUD.
Lost or stolen keys may incur a $65 replacement fee.
If excess cleaning/repairs are required (standard cleaning and linen are included in your price), such as wall damage or color stains on the carpet needing to be treated by professional cleaning, this must be applied to your account.
Please comply with the Body Corporate policy, the house rules, and respect neighbors and other residents during your stay. The Body Corporate takes breaches of the policy & rules and other issues seriously. Breaches may result in the termination of the reservation, removal of the guest(s) and other occupants from the property. Kindly note, if guests are evicted, they will be responsible for corresponding losses, penalty charges, and will have to cover their own costs.
