The main living level of “Thalassa” welcomes you with a large open concept living space. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, a large sink, an eat-in island with seating for 5, and ample storage space for your groceries. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed and features its own private bathroom with dual vanity, rainfall shower head, and walk in shower. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room on this living level for added convenience to guests.

Upstairs you will find a bonus living space as well as the three guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers a television. Another guest bedroom features a twin day bed that has a twin trundle neatly tucked below. This room caters to the junior members of your family but is versatile and will work for single adults as well. There is a full bathroom complete with a combination tub and shower which works perfectly for little one’s bath time! At the opposite end of the lofted living space, there is another queen guest bedroom which also offers a television for your viewing and streaming pleasure. There is a plush futon on this living level that makes a great hangout for teens and doubles as an additional sleeping area in the evenings if needed.

The outdoor enclosed shower comes in extremely handy for washing away that pesky sand from the beach and for rinsing off before enjoying a soak in the hot tub. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 5 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
