Stylish modern apartment with stunning lighthouse views, close to the beach

Relax in this sunny, modern, stand-alone self-contained apartment with its own private deck and courtyard. Sit back with a cold drink and enjoy stunning views of the iconic Castlepoint Lighthouse and coastline.

The apartment offers open-plan living, dining and kitchen spaces, along with an adjoining bedroom. An optional sofa sleeper in the lounge can accommodate one adult or child.

It’s just a short stroll down the hill to the beautiful beach, local store and café.

Inside you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, fridge, BBQ, Freeview TV, and a Nescafé capsule coffee machine with complimentary tea and coffee capsules. All bedding is provided.

There is parking for one car on site, with additional on-road parking available. A $40 cleaning fee applies per stay.

A minimum two-night stay is required on weekends and during summer school holidays, although shorter stays may be available by arrangement.

The bedroom includes a super king bed that can be split into two singles on request. Please advise in advance if you would like this set up.

The owners live in the neighbouring house and are happy to assist with prior requests, including garage storage for equipment. Laundry can also be arranged for longer stays.

Please note there is a security camera facing the driveway parking area for security purposes. It does not affect the privacy of the apartment living area.

Castlepoint is one of New Zealand’s most loved coastal spots, with something for everyone — lighthouse walks, lagoon walks, Castle Rock hikes, reef fishing, safe family swimming, surfing, and golf just 10 minutes away. The local shop is well stocked for essentials and takeaways, and the Castlepoint Hotel at nearby Whakataki is a great dining option.
