Welcome to this cosy and well-appointed home in Bayswater. With 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, this single-level unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay on the North Shore. The Takapuna shops and eateries are a short drive away, along with Takapuna Beach - popular for swimming and water sports.
The garden is fully fenced and is Dog-friendly - conditions apply.
The property has open plan living, dining and kitchen, with doors leading out to a sunny deck and outdoor dining and seating. The kitchen, although open plan, is tucked away around a corner and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and cook meals - complete with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, full oven, kettle, and toaster. This space is air-conditioned and keeps the house warm in winter and cool in summer.
There are three tastefully decorated bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 is located down a few steps and has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a bay window with twin single beds, plus a desk for those needing to work away from home.
The main bathroom is modern, and there is an additional Guest WC for added convenience.
There is one off-street parking space available.
Bayswater is situated on Aucklandâs north shore on a peninsula which juts into the Waitemata Harbour. Much of the suburb enjoys views across the beautiful Waitemata Harbour to Auckland City. It is a peaceful suburb away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but within easy access via ferry or bus.
With plenty of parks and waterfront reserves nearby, as well as the wharf and marina, and also within close proximity popular swimming beaches Narrowneck and St Leonards there is plenty to do in the area. The historical suburb of Devonport is also a short 6 minute drive.
There are plenty of buses connecting Bayswater to the north shore and CBD, however the most scenic way to get to the CBD is by ferry from Bayswater Wharf.

Pets with prior approval ONLY
Pets MUST be declared before arrival to avoid a PET VIOLATION fee of $500.
$20 per night per pet (negotiable for longer terms stays or multiple pets)
$500 Bond per pet which is refundable following inspection after check out.
$100 cleaning fee per pet
Poo to be picked up and bagged up before going into the rubbish bin
Pets not allowed on furniture
Pets to be kept under control and not disturb Neighbours
Pets not to be left alone at home for extended periods (more than 3hrs)
Guests are liable for all damages by the pet including but not limited to not scratching the doors/walls, urinating of pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
