This beautiful modern 3 bedroom villa is primely located close to parks, shops, and some of Aucklands best schools. Access into the city couldn`t be easier with Remuera Train station within close reach. The spacious single level living is full of character and charm with a sunny deck and garden, including a carport for off street parking for 2 cars. The property is fully fenced and perfect for families.
Perfectly appointed with everything you need for a holiday or corporate stay, this home will not disappoint. The large open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room are at the rear of the house away from the road so it is quiet and private. Large bi-fold doors open onto a lovely deck and garden where you can dine alfresco or just soak up the sunshine. Off the hallway which runs from the entrance through the middle of the house are the bedrooms, main bathroom and formal lounge area. The master bedroom (super king) has an ensuite. One queen bedroom has a mezzanine floor which is a great kids hideout/play area. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a single be plus a desk for working from home.
Close to a range of private and public schools make it a great choice for relocating families looking to make Auckland home.

Epsom is an affluent and well-established suburb within Central Auckland. Known for its mix of historic villas and modern residences, the area attracts families, professionals, and academics. It`s home to prestigious schools like Auckland Grammar School and Epsom Girls` Grammar School. Residents enjoy being in close proximity to Cornwall Park, and also 200m down the road is the entrance way to Mt Saint John Reserve - a dormant volcano with wonderful views of the surrounding area. It is less than 2km to Newmarket`s luxury shopping mall, and just over 2km to Mt Eden and Remuera where you can find all the shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, malls and cinemas you could possible want! It is 15 Minutes to the city centre and there are plenty of excellent public transport links on your doorstep. Auckland Airport is also a 20 minute drive. There are also plenty of local public transport options via bus and train.
