WHITE DIAMOND MODERN UNIT ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: ** NEW LISTING SEPT 2024**
This conveniently situated apartment is located downstairs from the main house with its own private entrance, a full kitchen, and bathroom plus two good sized bedrooms. The third "bedroom" is a small half size room without a door providing a single bed off the lounge, it is in a small alcove room only without a window.
The lounge / dining area and the main bedroom receive afternoon sun that look up to the Skyline Gondola, an added bonus is a small children's play room off the main bedroom which is a little quirky and a huge hit with the little ones.
There is also a ski drying room, large enough for your ski gear, a must during ski season!
BEDROOMS
Master bedroom: 1 Queen sized bed, electric blanket, quality bedding, built in wardrobe
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, electric blanket, quality bedding, built in wardrobe
Bedroom 3 (No door or window) - small half size room off the lounge with its own space: 1 Single bed
The White Diamond Modern Unit is ideally suited to 4 adults or 2 adults / 2 children, a maximum of 4 guest's total.
Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing night in.
Laundry.
Washer and dryer, complimentary washing powder and cleaning products supplied.
Guest access
This is not suited to those wishing to party, it is not a party place; the homeowners live on site in the main house above the apartment. During the holidays, the homeowners are generally away at which time the main house upstairs is also rented.
As such guests renting the White Diamond Apartment unit will only have access to the ground floor apartment and front patio/garden. We ask that you please do not use the back garden as it not part of the apartment listing.
Other important things to note
Whilst parking is usually available, it is subject to availability, please check when making your reservation as parking will be determined by the upstairs house occupancy, there is free, unallocated street parking available in the area.
RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Special events and Christmas/New Yearâs tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Public holiday surcharges may be applicable to reservations departing on a public holiday
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change for an additional fee
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500
A copy of the guestâs photo ID (Driversâ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guestâs request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guestâs personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
The Goodstaysâ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

The White Diamond Apartment is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown, close enough to take advantage of Queenstownâs legendary restaurant and bar scene or outdoor pursuits, yet far enough away to relax and enjoy the serenity of this incredible property where youâll have everything you need.
House Rules & Rates:
- Reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival require a 25% non-refundable deposit, the balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival. Please note that third party online channels will have differing payment terms please refer to these in this instance.
- Please note our terms and conditions are also available to view through our website
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member.
- Our Cleaning and Linen fees include a pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and a standard departure clean
- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate.
- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm â 8am.
- Please reach out should you have any questions and please be advised that the Guest Information will also be displayed at the property for reference.
