It is just a 5min drive from central Queenstown. It is close to nearby bus stops, has off street parking, or take an Uber. It is the perfect location to base yourself during your Queenstown getaway.
This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am.

As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am.

The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns.
