"Wave Break" is a comfortable, modern home offers 3 bedrooms ( one with a dedicated workspace), 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces and large deck including a BBQ whilst taking in 180 degree views of the mountains around to the sea and is ideal for families or group of friends to enjoy an beach side getaway and all the Shellharbour area has to offer.

Centrally-located home. 100m to the beach, minutes to world famous surf breaks, historic boat harbour, shopping, walking tracks, parks and restaurants.

"Wave Break" Shellharbour is ideally located less than 100m to the patrolled Nth Shellharbour Beach, 600m to the shopping and restaurant area of The Village and 2km from the new Shell Cove Marina precinct and Woolworths.

Only minutes to world famous surf breaks, the historic boat harbour, ocean pool, shopping, walking tracks, parks and restaurants.

Enjoy whale watching from May to November from the beach or one of the many headlands close by, Shellharbour offers some of the best surf breaks in Australia including Cowries, Red Sands and The Farm and a fantastic ocean pool 1km away.

Beautifully furnished to encapsulate seaside living along with quality linen, towels and decor to provide a place to enjoy and relax and unwind in comfort.

We encourage families to come experience a beachside getaway at "Wave Break" and will try to do everything we can to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family.

If you require use of a portacot, highchair or safety gate across top of stairs please advise us at least 24 hours before arrival. We just ask that you supply your own cot linen.

YOUR HOSTS

Evan and Louise have enjoyed staying at multiple AirBnB's around Australia and are excited to host you.

We enjoy an active lifestyle and have been active in the surf lifesaving community since relocating from Qld 20 years ago.

We live locally, so are normally available if you are needing anything to make your stay more enjoyable.

YOUR VISIT

Less than 2 hours from Sydney, "Wave Break" is the ideal weekend getaway or family holiday destination. There's plenty to do and see or just sit back and relax.

Full access to all areas, including double lock up garage.

We live close by and only too happy to answer any queries or address any issues by phoning/messaging us.

Relaxing with good views and close to the beach.

Very clean with required amenities available. We found it very comfortable with two separate lounge areas it is ideal for family holidays. An oval infront of the premises provides more room for active children. The sea is a short distance away, and a play ground is nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wave Break. The property was perfectly appointed and our family couldn’t have been more comfortable. The hosts went to the next level to go above and beyond to help us enjoy our Christmas away from home and the attention to detail was everywhere. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Wonderful

The hosts were lovely and were very accomodating and went out of their way to help us when were a few days late due to a sick child. The house was spotless and felt very homely. Beautiful location across the road from a new little cafe, beach and park. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Really great!

The location and cleanliness of the property was fantastic. Our elderly parents were with us and they had a separate bed area upstairs away from the noise of the kids, which suited us well. The only shortfall was that it was advertised as 4 bedroom, where one of the rooms was a loungeroom with a fold out couch. Didn’t worry us, but it might be a thing for someone else. The hosts were amazing! Our holiday was just before Christmas and they decorated the house and had pressies under the tree as well as treats for us and the kids. It made the whole experience very special.

OUTSTANDING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I stayed at ‘Wave Break’ with 4 other female friends, for 3 nights. We had entered into the Shellharbour running festival 🏃‍♀️ I have nothing but positive reviews for this beautiful property & the host, Louise 🫶 Location excellent. Pleasant residential neighbourhood, park opposite & only a short walk into the main Street which catered well for food, beverages & shopping. Also within a very short walk of the start line, at the patrolled beach. ✔️ Hassle free keyless entry, with 2 car garage✔️ Home lovely, bright, spacious, well appointed (furniture & homewares) & exceptionally clean ✔️ High quality towels & linen ✔️ Plenty of kitchen space, crockery, cutlery, glasses (including champagne flutes) & other kitchen items. There were plenty of basic pantry food items, tea, coffee & coffee machine. There was also milk & butter in the fridge, on our arrival ✔️. I could have left half the grocery items brought along at home. Louise was also so generous & left some items of food & drink appropriate to running & celebrating 😉 Which were much appreciated & utilised. She had also left some locally baked dough, avocado & tomatoes. Unexpected Bonus ✔️ Louise supplied beach towels, children’s toys & a beach trolley. We did not use these, but a very nice touch & very handy for a family ✔️ I think you get the idea. Louise said that she’s new to this type of holiday letting, but you would think she has been doing it for years. Thankyou Louise & Evan 🤗

Great experience

Had a great time visiting the region, heaps to do for the family and kids. This house is highly recommended for families and couples , it’s super clean and tidy, close to the beach and everywhere else, it’s equipped with everything you need. Louise thank you for everything, your reply was instant and always helpful. Best of luck .

We have lived in Shellharbour Village since 2012 and the area since 2005, after relocating from Queensland. We have been involved in a variety of sports and outdoor activities, in particular surf lifesaving.

We love entertaining enjoying good food and wine with our friends.

Shellharbour is a beautiful place to live and a great place to visit as it offers such a variety of things to do and places to visit. Whether it the beaches, surf breaks, bush walking, whale watching, 6 golf courses with 20 mins, shopping or just relaxing, Shellharbour offers it all and more.
