For those that don't know, our town has Woolworths & Coles, professional services including accountants & solicitors, doctors & pathology, choice of public & private schooling, day cares, Police, Fire & Ambulance, various takeaway outlets (McDonanlds, Red Rooster, Subway, Noodle Box, Eagle Boys), Cafes .... out little town is growing and will continue to grow.

Getting Around:
The area is primarily car-dependent, with major roads such as the Mount Lindesay Highway providing access to nearby towns and Brisbane. Public transportation includes bus services connecting to surrounding suburbs and Brisbane, but service frequency can be limited. For those preferring active transportation, there are some local bike paths and pedestrian-friendly areas.

We strive to ensure guests enjoy their stay by providing fresh linen, including 2 bath towels per bed and 1 hand towel per bathroom.

[Regarding Unexpected Cleaning Issues]

If you're not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we'll arrange for a cleaner to address the issue within 6 hours.

Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported to the host within 6 hours of check-in for resolution. Failure to allow remediation will result in no refund.

The house is professionally cleaned after each stay and is expected to be left clean and tidy upon checkout.

Any additional cleaning costs or damages will be the responsibility of the guest.

[Lost and Found]

We will hold lost items for up to 2 weeks. Items can be picked up or mailed to your address, with postage charges applied.

Before booking, you may be required to provide proof of identity. This measure ensures a safe environment and compliance with age verification requirements. Rooms cannot be rented to individuals under a certain age or using different names. Your personal information will remain confidential.
