When we first discovered this house, we knew it was something special - a hidden gem surrounded by forest, parklands, and the Logan River. Our daughter, Summer, fell in love with it immediately, exploring the backyard, spotting wildlife, and imagining all the adventures she could enjoy along the lake and in the surrounding bush.

We all fell in love with the house for its open spaces, stunning nature views, and peaceful energy, and Summer’s delight made it feel like a true family sanctuary.

Naming it Summer’s Greenview Retreat felt natural - a reminder that this house is for families, for adventure, and for anyone seeking to relax surrounded by beauty.
