This is a magical and ultra-modern, single storey holiday home offering everything possible by way of family accommodation with three spacious bedrooms with built-in cupboards, two bathrooms and a fabulous open plan living area perfect for entertaining.

The generously proportioned lounge and dining areas open to a sun-drenched covered terrace whilst the open plan kitchen ensures the cook is a part of the action, both inside and out. Features include a quiet cul-de-sac location, ducted air-conditioning, and the benefit of no stairs from beach to home provides appeal for everyone.

Enjoy an easy, level stroll down the street and you"re on the beach, in the rock pool, or turn in the opposite direction and you"re playing tennis, bowls or hiking through the fabulous nature wonderland of the Pearl Beach hinterland.

Master bedroom features a queen bed and built-ins.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with built-ins.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.

* Open and spacious living area with flat-screen TV, fireplace (Firewood not supplied), cosy lounging (No free to air TV)
* Gourmet kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher, SMEG coffee machine
* Outdoor entertaining with pool (heated from Sept to May only, not through winter), BBQ, covered deck, seating 6+, shower
* WIFI, Air-conditioning in living, dining seats 8, fully-fenced yard, off-street parking
* Main bathroom bath, shower, modern fittings. Washing machine/dryer combined in kitchen

Peaceful and close to beach

Lovely place peaceful and the home very clean and tidy. Pool lovely Location great Only issue was a bit of maintenance lawns and garden were not up to a high standard when arrived which was disappointing . But this didn't effect our lovely stay. would recommend 💕

Excellent home in great location

Jewellers Retrea is a beautiful home in a great location. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful location. Excellent open plan living area and large kitchen. Two good sixed bathrooms. Heated pool was a real bonus. Overall and excellent choice for a 4 night stayover.

Perfect location and stunning house

We loved the pool, outside heated shower and lawn games at the house - perfect for a family getaway. The only slight frustration was it rained on one day and we wanted to use the great table tennis table available for guests in the garage, but there was no way to access the garage

Great midweek getaway

Lovely well maintained and super clean property with level access. All you need for a trip away and very nicely furnished and decorated. Not really a fully accessible house, but pretty close. I managed well with the level access and no stairs using my rollator to move about. 2 bathrooms were handy and first bathroom has a shower cubical large enough for me to put a shower chair in and had a handheld adjustable shower head option. Zoned air con also wonderful over our stay.

The pool was marvellous and the yard ideal

This was a perfect little retreat for our family. All we needed to be comfy, and the sheltered backyard and nice, warm pool, kept us entertained all weekend. We had a little mishap with being given the wrong keys which threw a spanner in the works, but it was resolved and they drove over the correct keys, and they were apologetic. We would definitely return.

Perfect Escape

Nice to get out of Sydney in just under 90mins to a location that felt miles away. Swimming, surfing, walking, golf, sailing and in the middle of a green paradise. Perfect house for the four of us - wanted for nothing.

Loved it !!! Sooo cute, and enjoyable just for a little get away! Also Very close to the beach Wich is so convenient. Honestly very clean, and had everything in there we needed and more . Also received a little gift candle that smells amazing, and is currently lit in my home as im typing this <3 thank you

Perfect location. Perfect utilities and luxuries

Just a short stroll to the "right" end of Pearl Beach for young kids. After beach and an ice cream from the shop, we walked back to the house, counting bush turkeys as we went, and spent the rest of the day in the pool. Very comfortable and modern interiors.

Lovely property. Very clean and relaxing. Great kitchen for cooking. Would be amazing in summer. I had a nice winter getaway with friends and the house worked well. Very welcoming touches.

Lovely property

Such a beautifully put together home with every comfort covered. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Just a side note that it is a very quiet neighbourhood and raining whilst there - played out in the garage/playroom with ping pong and got a noise complaint which was normal noise for a family of 5 trying to enjoy this amazing home... when enquired to the agency no response. But a tiny blip in an otherwise amazing holiday. Lovely touch with the beautiful candle - I have been enjoying it since I got home.
