We loved our stay , the property is beautiful . Great beach, nice walk in for kids . Cottage was clean , had lots of game boards for the family. It can get a bit hot inside as only one room has AC but there were a few fans that helped . Mike responded very quickly to any questions I had, this place is amazing , we loved our stay and would definitely come back !
The cottage was a good size for our 2 families. (4 adults and 3 young children) The water was great and we loved jumping in off the dock. Wish we had a chance to have a fire, loved the fire pit set up. Hopefully less rain next time we visit. Only draw back was we expected A/C, but there was only a window unit in one of the rooms which left the rest of the house real warm. Would stay again!
We had a great time both inside and outside of the cottage. Mike was very helpful by providing quick guides and trying to accommodate our needs. This place has all you need for a enjoyable relaxing vacation: wifi, TV and games and a well equipped kitchen inside; bbq, canoe, kayak, pedalo, and firepit and chairs by the lake outside.
It was rainy and a little bit chilly when we arrived but a nice wood stove and extra blankets helped to create a cozy environment very quickly.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 queen/double beds and one bunker bed that serves 3. So in total it suits best for 7 persons (not 10). The sofa in living room was comfy enough to be used as a bed if needed.
If you are not picky on old buildings I definitely recommend this "little slice of paradise"
