Our home features original wood floors that add warmth and character to every room. While you may occasionally notice creaky sounds when walking, it's part of the charm that comes with vintage wood floors. Please note that soundproofing isn't perfect, so we kindly request guests to observe our Quiet Hours policy to respect the privacy and comfort of other tenants.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

- Waste Disposal: To maintain cleanliness and respect for our neighbours, we request that you use our designated garbage bins located at the rear of the house. Avoid disposing of waste in the neighbour's bins.
