The neighborhood is popular among young professionals, families, and retirees due to its central location, community feel, and proximity to amenities.

The neighborhood boasts a wide range of dining options from casual eateries to fine dining establishments. Local favorites include The Henry, La Grande Orange Grocery & Pizzeria, and Postino Arcadia.

Guests have full access to the entire property except for a single hall closet we use for storage. Pool access in compliance with the condo management.

Our unit is well-appointed with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living space with a smart TV.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.
