Framed with dramatic doors, the open-plan entertaining space invites you to relax in unbeatable style. Rustic metal elements juxtapose rich colours, creating a truly modern decadence. Bring the outside in by throwing open the Crittall-style doors from the sofa area, to connect to your north-facing garden, where subtle decking surrounds your crystal plunge pool - smartly hidden under the deck. Every meal is an experience in this exquisite home, which continues inwards to frame a social dining table. Further into the living space you will find a full kitchen with two ovens and induction cooktop, perfect for your gastronomic adventures. Even better, make full use of the BBQ to really make the most of this home over long summer days.

- A buzzing spot, North Bondi hides many moments of peace; explore the sprawling Centennial Park, or take a trip (and a picnic) to the slightly smaller but still beautifully blooming Cooper Park or Waverley Park to get some nature.
- Beach bums will not be disappointed. Surfs up at Bondi Beach and nearby Bronte or Tamarama. Further afield a day is well spent on Gordonâs Bay, but leave time to explore the rest of Coogee after!
You are welcome to bring your own car with ample street parking available, however there are plenty of taxi-app services such as Uber to make use of.
Youâre well connected with local buses, and the Bondi Junction railway station offers regular trains to many destinations which is a short 5 minute stroll away.
