Sauble Beach, nestled on the shores of Lake Huron, well-known for its famous sandy, 11-km stretch of beach with crystal clear waters and amazing sunsets!! Treat your family to a luxurious vacation in this beautiful well-kept maintained home, offering 5 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, quality furnishings, and tasteful decor. The spacious rooms and design have created a timeless atmosphere of warmth and charm. As you enter the home through the front door, you will be greeted by a spacious entryway. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining, with all the necessities needed to cook that delicious meal. Indoors, meals can be enjoyed at a table for 6. Off the kitchen is a spacious bedroom with two twin beds and sliding doors to a screened-in porch at the front of the house. The comfortable living area is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the local area.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms on the main floor. The primary bedroom called The Lakeside Room boasts a beautiful queen size bed with sliding doors onto a back deck to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a bedroom called the Breeze Room with a queen size bed and a ceiling fan and last but not least, the den off the kitchen has 2 twin beds with a ceiling fan. All bedrooms are very spacious and they all have their own closets.

The main floor bathroom is complete with a tub and shower to wash away your day at the beach whereas the lower level boasts a full bathroom with a shower stall.

On the lower level, you will find the 4th oversized bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a family room with a big-screen TV, and a gas fireplace which is a perfect place for kids to play and watch movies.

There’s a second bathroom and another full kitchen downstairs with all the necessities for cooking, including a microwave and crockpot. How nice it would be to create your dinner, head down to the beach, and when you return, dinner is ready for you if you so desire.

This house offers plenty of room and happiness for the whole family! Equipped with dishwasher (upstairs) and central air.

For those who love adventure and exploration, the local area has much to offer. From hiking and biking to golfing and skiing, there is something for everyone.

From the crescent, you can walk the path straight to Bannister Park where are things for the whole family to enjoy. Playground, tennis courts, library, beautiful scenery and nature.

We rent to families only from Friday to Friday.
