Bruce Pines Cottage at Sauble Beach, Tranquility

Welcome to Bruce Pines at Sauble Beach!

Peaceful and tranquil and only a 4 minute walk to the pristine sandy beach.

Enjoy a private treed setting with loads of outdoor living space or a short bike ride to the main strip to take in the shops and cafes. Back at the cottage for a BBQ with family and friends in the fully screened outdoor dining room. Round out the evening with wine, music, board games, campfire and smores for the kids.

Inside is fully furnished with well equipped kitchen, Smart TV, high speed wifi internet, AC, natural gas fireplace and newly renovated bathroom and living room. Outside has large front deck with muskoka chairs, comfy rocking chairs with side table, BBQ and campfire pit with plenty of seating and surrounded by forest. Everything you need for your family vacay!

New for the 2025 season, we are offering a bunkie on site for 2 extra guests. If interested, please inquire directly about details and fees.

Beautiful interior. Quiet street and only a few minute walk to a quiet spot on the beach. A good walk to the main street. Everything came as advertised.Would go again.

Peaceful spot near the beach

The cottage is so thoughtfully designed. It was clean and comfortable. Both inside and outside of the cottage were great to relax in. Close to the beach. The owners were so helpful and responsive. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay

Cottage was in a great location, very short walk to the beach. Loved that there were two wagons to take our things to the beach and also our young children. Screened in room was our favorite spot. Hosts were very quick to respond to any issue we had, which were minor. Would love to come back again!

September Getaway

I had THE most wonderful stay! The cottage was perfect; the sun porch was a slice of heaven in the morning and at dusk. Dee and Tim provided staples that complimented my planned meals and evenings. I know this won’t be the last time I say at Bruce Oines!

Great location and very comfortable cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bruce Pines. The cottage is in good condition and has everything you need to be very comfortable. Such a short walk to the beach and they even have some beach toys, beach wagon etc. The hosts were easy to get in touch with when we had questions. The only reason I removed one star overall was just the front of the cottage (landscaping) looks a little rough when you drive up and doesn't match the cleanliness of the inside! We will definitely be returning for another great visit!

Amazing week!

We loved our stay! Great location, short walks to the beach. Got up early and walked to the strip for some tasty treats at Luscious. Sat and had coffee while the kids shopped. Cottage is great with everything you need. Not to big, not to small. The screened in porch was a bonus for cards. A perfect atmosphere for family to reconnect.

Sauble Beach vacation

Great option! Cute, well-presented cottage in a very good location. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Short walk, about 4 minutes, to beach and a nice walk to main strip. Owners were also readily accessible. Highly recommended.

Great Place for a Getaway

Property was exactly as expected from the description. The hosts communication and friendliness was second to none. My family loved our stay there, we roasted marshmallows in the backyard fire pit and spent plenty of time down down at the beach. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and was very generous with the share pantry setup. 3 bedrooms was a big plus with 2 young kids. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if you're in the area.

Clean and close to beach. The property has everything you need -be sure to read the email once you book! You need to bring your own sheets and towels -we had to run out and get some! Lol

We had a wonderful time. Great location and everything you might need was there. My only thoughts were painting of deck and some outdoor clothesline or hooks to hang things to dry would be good. Thank you for being so helpful. :) May come back in the fall

Perfect beach getaway!

Tim and Denise are fabulous hosts! We really enjoyed our stay at Sauble and to allow us to bring our best friend Buddy to join just made our vacation all the better! Very clean, modern and updated cottage provided within 2 mins (if even) walking distance from the beach. They were very accommodating with allowing us to stay an extra day (unplanned) as we were having such a great time. We want to thank them for everything and look forward to renting from them next season! Thanks Tim and Denise 🙂

Cute cottage, great communication

This is a cute and well maintained cottage with a great location just a 5 minute walk from Sauble Beach and a 5 minute drive from the town centre. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood the cottage is in is quiet and residential. The listing and photos were all accurate. Tim and Denise reached out well in advance of the trip and were quick and responsive throughout. Everyone had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

quick trip before busy season

We needed a few days of quiet and long walks on the beach - mission accomplished! This is one of the best equipped cottages we've ever stayed at. Great kitchen (condiments in the fridge! spices! a choice of ways to brew coffee! awesome gas grill! pay-it-forward pantry!) Newly refreshed bathroom and updated decor throughout. Private location in a quiet neighbourhood, but still close to conveniences. Morning coffee on the east-facing patio, days spent walking the pre-season very quiet beach, and evenings chatting around the fire pit in the backyard. Screened in porch for bonus bug-free outside time. Thank you for a lovely few days!

Location is great .... needs a few years of TLC

Wonderful location, in fact superb. Cottage needs a lot of attention - water quality and smell, poor air circulation within cottage (particularly the front room), couldn't get rid of the dampness and musty smell throughout, bathroom needs a reno, electrical system, internet was very poor (probably related to power outages in the area and the modem/connection never recovered) and cleaning prior to the visits could be improved. On the plus side - the kitchen was great and very well equipped with new, modern amenities, screened porch was a wonderful place to enjoy meals with a fresh breeze, bedrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable, and lots of great outdoor gear for the beach.
