Bay Life: Living Real, Steps from Pownal Bay

The house sits right on the banks of beautiful Pownal Bay; enjoy the magnificent views, the vibrant bay, and gaze out towards Northumberland Strait and the ocean beyond. The water is warm, safe and there's an old rock wharf where schooners once landed, now the home to basking seals. There are eagles, wildlife and shellfish. 15 minutes from Charlottetown, you are mere steps away from the beach, the sea, a dirt road. Two decks face the water, south facing windows, large yards. Perfect always!
The space
There are three large decks, two facing South and the Bay. A stunning Island stone fireplace in the living room.
The four bedrooms are not large, but comfortable . Three double beds and a Queen size. The view is spectacular no matter the day or time! It's next to our cattle and grain farm and there's a quiet country road that borders our farmland. Great walks, swimming and peace!
Guest access
Guests have access to the main floor and the four bedrooms upstairs. There's a full kitchen, laundry room, fantastic large decks and lots of space outside that is just a few steps to the bay and the sandy beach. There's a picturesque red dirt road that goes along the bay and our cattle in pastures. There's a good size large garden and fresh vegetables in season!
Other things to note
I'm usually across the road at our farm, or up at our small market/workshop, and there's usually someone around if guests need help or information
