Belle Waterfront Cottage Près de Charlottetown

«York Point Cottage 'est un beau chalet de 2 chambres sur l'eau dans un cadre paisible à seulement 10 minutes à l'ouest de Charlottetown à Cornwall. A quelques minutes de restaurants et autres commodités de service, le chalet peut accueillir cinq personnes avec un lit Queen dans la chambre principale et un jumeau sur deux lits superposés dans la deuxième chambre. La salle de bain a été rénové en 2015 et la salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement 6. Le chalet est entièrement meublé et équipé avec barbecue au propane, laveuse et sécheuse, nouveaux appareils de cuisine (y compris les lave-vaisselle) et de la télévision par satellite. Deux grandes terrasses panoramiques composites avec des étapes à l'eau et une grande cour fournissent amplement d'espace pour profiter de cette situation paisible et pittoresque. Excellent emplacement pour les sports nautiques ou pour ceux qui veulent simplement se détendre et regarder les bateaux naviguer. York Point Cottage est un emplacement central idéal pour ceux qui veulent faire le tour de l'île du Prince-Édouard ou d'être proche des commodités urbaines de Charlottetown.

Vacation perfection

For our family of 3 it would be hard to find so perfect a space anywhere else. The scenery, the quality of the property, the easy access to services and locations and of course the professionalism of the owners - this experience is tops. Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at the cottage for our girls vacation and we couldn’t have been happier! Heather and Floyd are wonderful hosts! The cottage is beautiful, exceptionally clean and the water views are just stunning. We will definitely be back to stay again!

We had an absolute incredible week! Heather created such a beautiful oasis with everything you could need. The house has views from almost every spot. The multiple decks and sun room offer peaceful spots to view the water regardless of the weather which is amazing for a vacation week. The kitchen with a view and again, everything you needed, was so fun to cook in and we enjoy cooking! Heather welcomed us when we got there and shared some great places to explore based on what we were looking for. We did all of them and more and felt connected to someone on the island while being so far away. Thank you Heather!! We loved it there and hope to be back one day!

Amazing location

We had an excellent stay at this property. Heather was an excellent host and the cottage was beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the sun room. The property was in a quiet location but was close to amenities and convenient for getting anywhere on the island.

This property exceeded our expectations. Amazing waterfront location with fantastic views. Spacious and very clean. Loved the fireplace as the weather was chilly when we were there. Close to Charlottetown and all amenities. Would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful place- beautiful!

This cottage was beautiful, clean and very well-equipped. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our family has stayed in many rental properties while on vacations across Canada, and this was one of the nicest we've visited. We would happily stay here again.

Paradise

What an experience! This was the best short term rental we have stayed at on PEI. We cooked here every night with local produce and meat and the kitchen had evetything we needed for high end cooking. We will definitely try to book again for next summer! The views here will blow your mind!

Best relaxing place with beautiful view

This cottage was so clean and so beautiful. The water view , the sunroom, the deck was so useful to relax. Heather was so wonderful and guided us where the best places to go. I would highly recommend to my friends to visit at this cottage when they are at Cornwall ,PEI . 😊

Quick off season stay

We took a chance to try and rent this cottage on very short notice. Our hosts approved our staying there starting on the day they returned from their own vacation. The cottage is VERY nice and a fantastic central location on PEI. I can not recomend this property more highly. Amazing stay, fantastic hosts and a beautiful part of thr country.

York Point Retreat

We had a wonderful week staying at 570 York Point, Cornwall. Hosts were very friendly and easy to contact. Home is very well appointed on a beautiful property overlooking the river. Photos are very accurate as to what this home offers to visitors. It's an easy drive to Charlottetown and other PEI destinations from this property.

Everything about this cottage is perfect. The owners are lovely and could not be more attentive. The cottage is not only beautiful, but fresh and clean and so well stocked. I can’t think of anything Heather and Floyd overlooked to make your stay comfortable. Peaceful Retreat

This vacation rental is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. It’s so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the primary bed is very comfortable. But the view and outside decks are the best part, so beautiful. Heather, the host, is so hospitable and helpful. Our plane got in very late so she offered to put some groceries in the fridge for us, so thoughtful. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Amazing Rental

This place was a cook's dream as everything one might need was at your disposal. Or, if you are just a dreamer, you are mesmerized by the view of the river in front of you and the palette of clouds floating by overhead. Or, if you are just into reading, playing games, or relaxing you cannot believe how lucky you are! Our host, Heather, met us upon arrival, checked in with us during our stay and made sure we were not at a loss for anything! We'll definitely come back here!

Heavenly Retreat!!

My husband & I spent an amazing two weeks here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Lovely & accurate as the pictures and descriptions on this execeptional home are… they don’t even do it justice for the York Point Cottage! There is nothing more you could want that our wonderful hosts, Floyd & Heather have not thought of and provided. The home is so tastefully decorated and there are corners & nooks everywhere to take in the views, read a book, or journal while enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The location is idealic….the cottage is located in a serenely quite spot right on the water and yet just a short distance to Charlottetown which offers great shops & is a foodie paradise. We will be back next year! It is just so special!

Beautiful slice of paradise. Newly renovated cottage with a great location. Hosts, Heather & Floyd were great. HurricaneLee decided to make landfall on PEI. Floyd & Heather offered to put us in a hotel & upon our refusal, they brought supplies to us. We were snug as bugs in the cottage throughout the storm. I can’t wait to return and feel that I’ve made two new friends.

A slice of heaven

We had the most delightful 7 night stay at the cottage . Heather and Floyd greets us on our arrival and gave us the highlights and recommendations. The cottage is incredibly comfortable and the views beautiful, with spectacular sunsets. It was the perfect location on the island , convenient to Charlottetown for shopping and the ideal jumping off point for all island activity. Heather recommended Potters Cove for Island pottery , well worth the visit . We look forward to our return visit. You will not be disappointed with the wonderful cottage . All the best Carol And Jim

A Charming Gem

We have recently returned from a week's stay in PEI and this very special cottage on the edge of the sea. Let me just tell you this: I cried when we left. This place is even better in real life. It was immaculate and fully equipped (including an oyster knife which is essential when visiting PEI). Heather and Floyd were there to great us when we arrived and show us around. All the information they gave us about the cottage and the island was so helpful. Even though we had researched PEI and had lots scheduled, there are things the locals know that the internet or any guide book won't tell you. The location was beyond perfect as you feel far away in this private retreat yet only 15-20 minutes from Charlottetown and all the pristine beaches PEI has to offer. Don't miss out on this cottage and location. I can't imagine our visit would have been the same had we stayed anywhere else. I would rate this with more stars if i could.

Wonderful

A truly wonderful place to stay on the south shore. Beautiful cottage, so well decorated, has everything you need. Excellent hosts! Close to Charlottetown and many sights. Peaceful and scenic. We would stay here again!
