Prime location! This home is less than a mile from both Heavenly Ski Resort and El Dorado Beach—ideal for any family getaway. Walk to Lake Tahoe Harbor in under 10 minutes to rent a boat for the day, and enjoy a 5 Guy’s Burger or Chipotle on the way back home. Close to Bijou Park, where winter brings snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowman building, while summer offers tranquil walks, challenging disc golf, a skate park, and BMX tracks for all ages. Some of South Lake’s finest dining experiences are within walking distance on Ski Run Blvd. Come back at the end of the day and enjoy family game and movie night by the gas fireplace.

There is room for a 30-foot RV or Boat parking from May to September. RVs cannot have power connected and no overnight sleeping or additional guests. No generator use.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval and pet fee. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

This home does not have air conditioning. Home is heated by the gas fireplace, and floor vents in the kitchen, there are also space heaters for the bedrooms.

For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
